We stayed for 3 days for vacation. The location of the hotel is very strategic and the condition of the hotel is quite good. Unfortunately room service is very lacking because towels and rooms are not cleaned every day. And when checking in early, we couldn't leave our suitcases until we could get into the room, unless we had to pay 3 pounds per suitcase.

Good hotel and near to liverpool street station more convenient to take a train and buses.
