Very good hotel, very close to the train stop, friendly guest service, our room was upgraded to a south facing room with a beautiful view of Mount Eiger, amazing! We were also happy and amazed by one of the ladies who greeted the guests in the lobby, she was very friendly and beautiful, and it turned out she could speak Indonesian! WOW! It feels great to meet someone who can speak Indonesian in Grindelwald! Thank you ❤.
