The property is beautiful and many areas for entertainment as well as peaceful. Breakfast is free but limited variety compared to other beach hotels. Bed was wonderful, cleaning was perfect. Costs for drinks, including water, was the highest I ever paid in any hotel. No shuttle, all walking distances if you want outside of the hotel gates. Otherwise staff was excellent.

Friendly, quiet place, with nice interior and beautiful beach

Professional and courteous staff. The beach is one of the best in Tunisia. Very clean and well-maintained facilities. Plenty of food choices at the buffet as well as an upscale a la carte restaurant, a beach restaurant and a pool restaurant. Plenty of activities for kids as well as for adults.

The f&b team was very rude and impolite

I stayed 3 nights in the hotel they didnt give us towel they didn't clean the room tel i ask. Also service is not the best and food limeted choice. But the beach is amazing and the hotel is really good and lots of green.animation team really poor

Excellent experience overall. Clean and well maintained facilities. Professional and friendly staff, attentive to our needs. Quality food with lots of variety. Beach cleanliness and beauty is unparalleled. Our experience at the Spa was fantastic.

Other visitors from Europe received much lower rates at this hotel with all inclusive services, flight and internal transportation ( 400 euros for 8 days!)

Good hotel, richly decorated (African style), good beach, good food (thank you chef Khaled!), helpful staff. Only lacking French speaking TV channels (in a country which still has French as a second language).

Fantastic service with excellent food and wonderful service. We had an issue with the bathroom in our room when we first checked in and it was quickly fixed.The water is amazing and quite clear. I can highly recommend this hotel.
