The hotel is modern, clean and close to the city center. The room was a bit small. The car park is a plus, but it is very narrow.

Overall is good experience, breakfast buffet was excellent and staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little too small

We stayed for our last night in Crete before going to airport. Location was great for walking into old city. Beautiful hotel.

It was quiet and centrally located. Clean and breakfast had a variety of food. Lovely golden lab that wa a resident at the hotel.

A cozy boutique hotel with lovely front desk staff ! And of course the lovely Froso! Great location for access to downtown Chania . Well insulated for noise ..parking a little challenging if there were more cars but for downtown Chania that is a luxury ! Strongly recommend for those needing a city location ..

This hotel is in a perfect location. There is parking and you don't gave yo deal with all the traffic in downtown

My Jr Suite was very nice and the property is beautiful. Centrally located and good daily breakfast with large selection of fresh sweet and savoury offerings with fresh squeezed orange juice. It is a three star in my book. The front desk is not helpful for dining recommendations and there are no amenities at the property, no true room service, bell hop, gym, spa, nothing. Their sister property which has all these services is a 25 minute drive away and that do not offer and shuttle service to the property. This Hotel is nice but not a good value for the price.

Amazing stay at this Hotel!! Stop looking and Book your stay at this Hotel. The room was very clean and confortable. The service of the staff was good and they were very helpfull, special thanks to Maria, a sweetheart !!! Also, the breakfast was Amazing with a lot of choice (eggs, sausages, fruits, cheese, yogurt, toasts, and freshly pressed juices). There is an underground parking available, which is great with a rented car, but try to park before 17h if you want a spot since they are limited (around 8).

Beautiful hotel, staff very kind and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Our room was quiet. There is a park nearby and we could hear the children playing but only when we had a window open. Short walk to old town. Lovely place!

When we checked @3:00 am Dimitri was amazing and helped us with everything the next day Elena at the desk helped us with taxis and dining options and directions can’t say enough about the staff and rooms also they have parking on the property unlike other hotels .

This is a great hotel. The breakfast buffet was very good. Beds was comfortable and staff friendly. Please note that if you have a car then there is some parking underground. However, the ramp down is very narrow and has a slight jog you have to negotiate. The parking spaces are quite small and there is limited turnaround space. Do not park underground unless you have a small car.

Staff were very friendly - a special shoutout to Peter who was so accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, a short walk to the chania town and such a perfectly quiet spot in the evenings. It was beautiful and clean!

Beautiful property. Rooms were very clean with all the essentials. Location was great - walkable by 10 mins to the old town with many shops and restaurants. The breakfast was also tasty with many options. Highly recommend when staying in Chania.
