Big area and good for family. Next to BTS station.

The room was not clean enough, we found cockroach in the closet. The bathroom was quite old and not clean. The lobby smell was also not good, it smell like you are in the toilet. Hopefully the hotel can improve as the surrounding location is good.

The room was very old and musty, even in the bathroom there was no toothbrush or basic things that a hotel should have, in general the hotel photos online do not match the old reality of it.

In the morning the sound of the water pump or something is too loud, can't sleep.

It is a good hotel in the city center, close to the BTS, no need to worry about restaurants. Surrounded by many, suitable for traveling and working in the Sathorn area.

The staff are cute and cheerful. They all support me very well. I am very satisfied with my vacation here and will definitely come back here if I have the opportunity to come to Bangkok.

Room smelled of sewer, musty smell. Room cleaning was not clean, very sloppy & superficial. Room was dirty, old facilities. Air conditioner leaked (hotel repaired but did not fix the problem)

The staff is lovely. I asked to move to a room closer to my friend's room and they arranged it for me.

There was a baby mouse crawling out from under the bed, it was so scary. Only the security guard was very enthusiastic and apologized. The other two receptionists were indifferent as if it was a normal thing. I have stayed here many times, and will definitely not come back. It is so scary when you are lying on the bed to rest, and a mouse crawls on you, it is so scary.

Very strategic, cool place.

Stayed at the hotel twice in 2023 and 2025. Everything was great. The room was very satisfactory. There are many restaurants and local markets around. The train station right next to the hotel is the best plus point.

The hotel is quite clean, the check-in staff is friendly, I was upgraded to a higher room for free. But note that they will charge 500 baht if I check out late, so everyone should pay attention to avoid losing more money. The location near BTS is very convenient. When checking out, I met an old lady, so I was annoyed. Even though I accepted to charge an additional 500 baht, she still had an unpleasant attitude and frowned. Otherwise, it was ok.

Actually this isn't my first stay at The Heritage Silom. It's my 3rd stay, but turns out it was my terrible experienced since the bathroom so freaking dark, there's no proper lights, and also they are using blue film sticker on bathroom glasses, and the toilet was dirty, the hot water didn't run properly, smells bad, everything's such a disappointment to me. Hope they can improve their quality and services, since the location is top notch! Such a bummer

Check-in time 16:00 on December 14, booked a single bed but the hotel provided a double bed. When asking, an old female staff member said that the room was full and that it was not booked. She clearly looked dissatisfied. The deposit must be paid in cash only and would not allow scanning to pay. I am not sure if this is the hotel manager or the hotel owner. Please help improve the service urgently.

Staff not friendly support, air conditioner is very loud

Room spacious with balcony. Hot shower didn't work even after telling them a few times to check on it. Location, pool, small decent gym good.

The room is too old, not cleaned properly. They gave me a bigger room but it has not been used for a long time and is not cleaned properly. There are cockroaches on the floor and the wooden lines. And the ceiling leaks when it rains. I contacted to change the room but they could not change it. 5 days of staying there was like torture for me. The cockroaches kept rustling and I could not sleep. Please let the cleaning team come and clean every corner.
