I love the size of the bedroom and the cleanliness, but the property is begging for an upgrade specially in the gym and common areas like play room, play area and around swimming pool. Restaurante was pretty decent.

Great pool, hot tub bubbles don't work, beds are very hard, food good, amazing staff, felt safe as a non- Portuguese speaker

It was very nice to have a hotel with so many ammenities. Gym was very good and well equipped. The roof in the gym needs some repairs tho because there was some leaking. Pool was very nice as food in the restaurant and the bar with live music. Staff was very friendly and it is at a walking distance to the beach. Very clean and with a very convenient parking.

The location itself is fantastic if you want a lovely and secluded beach. 10 minutes drive and you can be in a beach with waves if you want to surf. The staff (they have a lot of staff) are friendly and healpful. In our stay during a low season the majority of the other guests were Brasilian So there is a genuine good vibe in the place. Ideal for families with young kids or couples that do not want to stay in a hectic or pretentious environment. Breakfast and facilities are good. Cleanliness is good but it is not as thorough as a 4 or 5 star hotel. The channels available are just a few but I do not know if that is a problem with the cable provider or the hotel. I recommend.

Mais uma experiência incrível! Os funcionários são sempre muito educados e prestativos. O hotel é muito calmo, um ótimo ambiente familiar.. sem contar que a recreação sempre uni as famílias, assim você acaba fazendo amizades com as famílias hospedadas.

Funcionários muito cordiais. Pousada muito bem cuidada. Piscina incrível. Jacuzzi aquecida. Restaurante de qualidade, com destaque ao Bobó de camarão, e aos funcionários do restaurante sempre bem humorados. Quartos espaçosos, bem iluminados. Tivemos um pequeno problema com o chuveiro que foi prontamente resolvido. Também nos forneceram coberta e travesseiro extra. O único ponto a melhorar é a limpeza e arrumação do quarto, pois não trocaram as toalhas, mesmo estando bem molhadas, não repuseram as amenidades de banho nem papel higiênico. De resto, não tenho o que reclamar. Recomendo e voltarei com certeza!
