We had a very comfortable apartment, albeit a bit dated but perfectly functional. The saltwater pool is a gem and the garden areas beautifully landscaped. It was a little out of the centre of Cairns and with no nearby public transport that could be a problem for some.

Great place

Citysider was very good, apt clean, everything you could need, couple running it helpful and pleasant. Was a steady knocking sound in our bedroom all night! No idea what it was! Forgot to mention it!!

Very nice and helpful managers. Nice and clean. Good location- a bit of a walk into city but good taxis. Beds comfortable and clean linen but furniture very old and stove needs replacing.

Noisy and a little far out, next time I will stay closer to the water.

Unit was spacious and had everything needed. Manager was great, went above and beyond. Plumbing knocking during the night was a problem. No smoke alarms was concerning.

The Customer service was great, very polite and kind, however, I arrived late on night 1, I established my fridge didn’t work, I informed reception. They got someone out (apparently) but it was never fixed. This for me was just disappointing as I select apartments with full kitchens for a reason. Not having a fridge for 4 days very very inconvenient, no compensation offered.

Quiet and peaceful place, very comfortable, extremely helpful manager that went out of their way to make our stay there pleasant. Good value for the money.

Fantastic holiday. Citysider in Cairns had everything that I needed. Handy to shopping centre and the esplanade. Lovely balcony to sit and relax. Clean accommodation and very helpful management. I look forward to return maybe next year.

Great location and perfect for our family getaway.

Suited our purpose for a good price. It is off the main stretch, but we were doing tours the whole time we were there. It was clean and equipped. Couldn’t get the dishwasher to work, but Mike checked it after we left and said it was, so perhaps some instructions would help. It’s neat the train tracks, but I don’t recall hearing a train during our stay.
