Good hotel with great location. Clean and well equipped. Good food, nice pool area and bar

Just back from 5 nights at this hotel, rooms were cleaned and towels provided,pool area clean,food in hotel was quite poor compared to previous visits where we had the half board option, would go back but as room only in future,overall an okay stay.

Its location is good for the nightlife area

The food was excellent and good variety.

Staff food and hotel perfect

Clean room. Did not try food there but looked good. Hotel styling not to my taste. Looks generally like it needs a modern refurb.

Lovely room, food varied and good quality only thing I would say is the hotel had a lot of totally entitled guests who moan about everything when it was totally unnecessary. I will definitely use the Flash again.

Gem of a hotel, ideal location, rooms are typical of all hotels - modern and clean. Staff all very friendly. Dining room/restaurant is quite small & can get very busy - but staff ensure you get a table promptly (we never had to wait, some did for 4 or more)! Food was faultless. Great choice & replenished often. Enjoyed breakfast & evening meals at the Flash. Pool area was great with some entertainment. Pool bar only allows plastic cups which they charge you 1€ extra for. **Tip** Bring cups back to room end of day to save you paying every day. Just present next day, they always give you a fresh one

The towels required to be changed more frequently.we had them change three times in a week that’s not good enough

Breakfast quality of food wasn't what i expected from a 4☆ plus hotel stayed in other hotels in benidorm with similar ratings and food was superior. Shampoo/shower gel wasn't replenished and was diluted.

Lovely friendly staff, very clean and great location

Good hotel with a great location close to all entertainment in Benidorm. Room was clean and a reasonable size. Breakfast was very good with British bacon. Lunch/dinner was decent with sufficient choice. The hotel was good value for money given its location.
