Fantastic hotel. We didn’t get a beach view that we booked but we still had a really lovely room and the staff were fantastic

My stay fulfilled all my expectations of a vacation I'd promised myself.

Hotel was perfect, staff polite and courteous. Rooms and facilites great. Hotels.com had failed to request 4 single beds as ordered which caused a headache for hotel staff and an hours delay getting rooms sorted.

We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues. It’s between Cambrils and Salou and you would need to walk 30mins. There are taxis/buses available either. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel, right beside the beach. We were given a room looking out on the pool area and the beach. Beautiful sea view. Food in the hotel was very good, even though we didn’t book inclusive we had our breakfast there ever morning and also had some of our evening meals there. Friendly helpful staff.

This hotel was not a good fit for our group of 6 adults. Crowded with families and little children. The food at the bar does not have many options ; just pizzas (not very good) and ham and cheese sandwiches (not good). The dining room for breakfast in the morning was super crowded and loud, not very relaxing. The rooms are quite small and the beds are not comfortable. The view on the beach was nice.

The parking was not an option, had to pay for the street parking. The food was included, but drinks no! You have to buy even water (1 l for €2.5!!!) at the lunch or dinner. The wine price is insane!!

Enjoyed staying at Best Maritim. Standard rooms are compact. Loads of food choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All food fresh. Enquiries dealt with promptly, staff is friendly and accommodating.

Excellent location, overlooking the beach.

There’s not much choice in the area, this was like being in a Hotel 6 with IKEA dining. No fan, no AC, old towels, uncomfortable bed and bedding. Only saving grace was having our balcony door open to hear the ocean waves.

Excellent customer service at from Desk. Maite, And and Monica are the best and deserve a special commendation. Yen was very helpful and attentive at dinner time. I would recommend this place with no hesitation. The only substandard issue was the poor and intermitent WIFI. I'm shock as normally WIFI is excellent in Europe. Room to improve

Just exactly what we were looking for...a place on the beach that was a little quieter than Salou. We did just breakfast and then enjoyed the local eateries for snack and dinner. Worked perfectly for us. Rooms were very nice with a good balcony to enjoy the morning and evening breezes. Had no problem finding beach chairs on the sides, pool side was pretty busy. Lots of families but the sides were quieter.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was quiet, friendly and the food was great. There was no place to recycle, which I felt was a pity.

Even the Number of peuple this hotel has been ideal for our two nights stay in all respects.

The hotel is just at the beach, clean and spacious. We took a superior room but i suspect regular rooms are just as fine with just windows facing the outer side (which might even be better if you don't want to hear the party from the courtyard). However, DO NOT rent bicycles from the hotel. The bikes that the hotel has for renting out (although they belong to another company) are very low quality: the gear system didn't work properly, handles were dirty, and overall maintenance was poor. The are a number of other bike vendors outside the hotel just on the street, so just keep that in mind. The cycling path along the beach itself is wonderful :)

Very well run hotel, a lot friendlier than a lot of other chain hotels I have stayed
