Very old hotel, good staff, bad food, small rooms, never again

Fun little hotel with a nice breakfast in the morning with fresh squeezed OJ!

In pictures it looks beautiful, i came after Marriot name but not upto their standards. Staff do not speak any English. Not very friendly but okay service. The room was basic, the bed sheet had dirty stains on i, i complained ( ihad to uae Google Translate to explain them and show them picture as peoof). they changed it right away. Very old towels. It was near beach and that why i booked it and good evening walk around it. I probably will choose something in the city and a bit cleaner hotel in future.

Staff was great Breakfast very good. Only downside, window did not open so AC just recycling old air.

Very stark building very utilitarian

There are several hotels in this city and many are not realistically rated, meaning the actual condition is worse than advertised. I know this because we have business relationships with companies from this city and our partners are often accommodated in hotels. In this hotel, the condition is really presented very realistically, the rooms are very neat and clean. The breakfast offer is satisfactory. I would especially like to praise the staff who are very kind, smiling and responded immediately to every request we made.

Very good staff . Desk was very helpful at check in . Room attendant and breakfast staff very attentive. Room was good size with good ac unit . Pool was a welcome relief in the hot and humid weather . Area around was very inviting and able to catch a super cheap bus to the downtown area . Ps . Your hotel sign at the front of the building did not turn in at night . PSs although they advertise as a free shuttle to airport they actually can not enter airport property. Just be honest in advertisement .

This hotel needs some renovations, its kind of old.

El hotel y ubicación muy bien pero el check in tarda mucho para que te den la habitación de hecho se las daban primero a clientes que llegaron después de nosotros, espere 40min y no me la daban tuve q salir y regresar más tarde porque me aburrí de esperar

Functional hotel in a great location, with good breakfast, friendly staff, parking and near the restaurants on the Malecon. The room was fairly small, but good air - conditioning.

Works for the price

Very nice hotel on the malecon. Walking distance to an abundance of food trucks and restaurants. Beautiful ocean views. Great breakfast. Only negative was that the windows in the room do not open so the air often felt stale.
