Excellent customer service and breakfast was delicious

This is fantastic property by ESTELAR. I loved the room, the staff is kind and the location is one the best of the city

It had a lovely spa. It was a little too cold to use the pool, though. It was the perfect spot on a quiet street far from the traffic, but next to many restaurants. The breakfast was really good, with lots of options. Dinner was also really good with a guitarist and a flamingo dancer/singer.

Was very disappointed with management once, and hotel staff after some personal items disappeared after our last day there, housekeeping seem to have tossed them with the linens and not replaced by hotel.

Staff was excellent! Hotel security was great .

Everything was amazing. Staff was very friendly.

The location of the hotel was excellent. We checked in fairly late in the evening, but they tried to charge me for having my two kids even though the rate we had paid included two kids and we had paid upon making the booking. They actually charged then refunded the extra charge. We had VIP status and could have been upgraded and were also to receive a bottle of wine that stay but neither was offered, and we were frankly too tired (since it was so late) to ask though at other VIP access locations, we have always been reminded of the perks on check in. The hotel itself was fine, comfortable beds and clean. Just rather impersonal, different from all other hotels stays in Colombia.

The only we didn't like is that bed were small to sleep with someone else

If you have an expedia VIP - Platinum Status, don’t expect you will receive any benefits from this in this hotel. I didn’t get a welcome drink, early or late checkout, or room upgrade. In other words, regular treatment.

Gracious venue but 30 mins taxi to old town. Obliging staff though Neider is your go to for English. Quiet, safe, well placed for restaurants and a supermarket, great pool. and stunning breakfast. We stayed three times, in different rooms. The air conditioning never got above 17°...extra blankets and heater required.

Good facilities for a business hotel, ample breakfast with some good options. Good service from the team and good location.
