Everything was great except the bathroom in Room 225. For over $500 per night, bathroom seems like one in a horror movie - middle light is flickering, tiles are missing on where you stand. The bathtub cannot be used as the nice looking metal drain plug does not work, and it looks like it hasn't been used or cleaned with small amount of hair and pieces of things in the bathtub. The shower is open design but the water goes everywhere in the bathroom outside.
What a weird negative feature to an otherwise great hotel. If staff actually care to ask, comments would be shared. Minimal interaction at check in and out, which is also slightly weird (but not negative) but efficient.
