Spectacular views, worth booking just for that. Room itself is basic - reminiscent of a hostel - and the mattresses are quite soft but otherwise cannot complain. Highly recommended!

+ Beautiful view. + Clean + Breakfast is great, many options of fresh food. - Never stay on the 3dr Floor because you don't have any privacy, rooms on this floor are at ground level and every guest walking in the terrace can see inside your room and toilet (toilet has no curtain and only half of the the window is filmed). - Toilet was not draining. Even after changing to a new room the problem of drainage persisted. To avoid flooding the toilet I had to switch on and off every minute so the water can go down and takes forever. - No AC. I asked for a fan but the answer was ”No, we don't have”. Palma de Mallorca is mostly visited during the summer and temperatures easily going above 30 degrees. I was boiling during the night. I left the window open over the night hoping for a nice breeze to cool down, but then you have the problem of noise, insects and the clarity early in the morning. - No Tv. - No safe. - No telephone, I had to go tho the ”reception” to order a meal and after 40 min the staff knocks at my door saying that my meal was ready 20 min ago, so I got changed just to go to the reception to get my ”not so fresh” meal. Fyi, If you're staying at this hotel make sure you have a vehicle because is far from everything.

Would come back to Mallorca just to stay at this hotel again. It's away from the loudness and tourism of Palma. Quiet retreat in the mountains with INCREDIBLE 360degree views. Choose this if you're looking for serene and rest. 20 minute drive from several small, quiet beaches. Staff was attentive and helpful. Rooms are pretty basic with just essentials but very clean and comfortable. Recommending to everyone we know!

Very nice property with lots of history. Clean rooms, accessibility by road is a little difficult, very limited hot water supply and shower drain was not draining.

Beautiful place atop the Llevant, Breakfast good choice of food, meal in evening simple but well cooked, room large and commodious, excellent views. Road winding but easier than others, as little traffic. May not suit people worried about heights as many vertical drops on top, also WiFi poor

A stunning location. "Sea view" doesn't even start to describe the panorama, and thanks to the time of year we got both sunrise and sunset views from our bedroom window. The staff were lovely, with any lack of English being made up for by friendliness and keenness to help. The facilities are basic and this isn't the place to come for nightlife or in-house activities, but as an oasis of calm and peace it's incredible.

The hotel is beautiful! The drive up the mountain is not as bad as some people described online. And it's worth it for the views!! The restaurant is nice, but the pictures don't match what is served. The hostal and room itself was clean. One complaint for the hostal would be that there was no fan provided for the room. We went in August so it was VERY HOT even at night -- I understand not many places have AC, but most still offer fans. My other complaint, which comes with the territory I suppose, is that the goats and roosters outside make A LOT OF NOISE in the morning! It was basically impossible to sleep after 5-6am.

I think that rooms should have at least kettle to boil water with bag of tee and coffee other than that happy.

After negotiating the 50 plus corners (that includes quite a few hairpins) to get to the top we were rewarded with a fantastic view. As far as the eye can see you are able to view Mallorca and pick out places that you want to visit. The hotel itself was pleasant enough without having too much in the way of spectacular extras. Though if that is what you are looking for then you would book elsewhere anyway. We used this as a base for exploring the multitude of beaches, coves, towns and villages on the east coast.

What a super place to spend a few days at. Extraordinary view matched by a challenging 10 minutes drive up the hill side. Maybe not for nervous drivers due to the narrow road with steep turns but it's all part of the experience. The hotel has been beautifully renovated and although the rooms are simple they are clean and pleasant, no tvs in the rooms we had but that's a blessing really and the WiFi was free (mixed blessing). Breakfast wasn't included in our rate and was €8 which included a perfectly acceptable buffet. Coffee and pastries can also be purchased in the cafe. Also had a lovely evening meal in the restaurant. Yes there were a few things which could be improved but not worth dwelling on as finding these gems of places are why we travel. It is worth mentioning that on our day of departure (26 August) we had a few problems due to the road being closed from 800 until 1530 for a motorsport (hill climb) event, bit of a pain but quite an experience non the less and I only wish we'd had time to stay to watch it.

It's a beautiful hotel on the top of a mountain with one of the most amazing views I have ever seen. The drive up is narrow and a bit nerve racking but it is worth it. The sunset is a must, people drive all the way up the hill just to see it ! There is a cute restaurant at the top of the hill attached to the hotel which has nice food and a reasonable price. The staff was absolutely amazing. They let us check in early and the treated us so well. They were so welcoming and friendly , probably the nicest staff I've ever met to be honest. As long as you rent a car, you are in a great location close to amazing beaches (all less than 1hr, some more but the ones under an hour are just as amazing aka es trenc, calla agulla, and calo de Moro just to name a few favourites). There are tons of little restaurants to eat near by if you don't want to eat at the hotel (which you should do at least once because the sunset while having dinner is incredible). La palma took us just under an hour to get to from the hotel, I would recommend going at least once if you like the more busier vibe. Otherwise, the hotel overall was amazing in every sense, such a relaxing vacation !!!

Well where do we start, we've read some good and bad reviews of this beautiful place, we would give it ten out of ten for everything it did. The view was awesome, the rooms perfect, the food, omg it was absolutely amazing every day there is a meat dish a fish dish and a selection of others including pastas, salads, and much more, and your evening meal includes water and wine, it even impressed my wife and shes a chef. You'll need a car though as there's no bus up the mountain, the road, well you'll soon get used to it, definately going back next year

We stayed for 4 nights half board as my wife turned 50 the day we landed I had requested a room with a balcony or door we got a window the room itself was clean and suitable for our needs but we where in room directly under the café which was very noisy from 7 in the morning until 10pm. we did ask to move but was told we couldn't as the hotel was nearly full so it spoiled what would have been a good stay.
