Nice clean hotel, great staff

The property even if it is partially renovated, still had to move from the room 3 times, because of damaged pipes, unavailability fo the prepaid room, etc. The front desk ladies were polite, but the outcome not as expected. No kitchen, si breakfast and meals are precooked and cold.

The property is well located, but i had a lot of troubles with: 1 Parking, it is not on site, there is a public parking accessible, indeed with 1-2 minutes walk; 2. the Room was extremely noisy, i had to change it the next day, because it was too noisy and it was not the one i paid for, but slower standard; 3. the next room that i was offered, had serious problems with water dripping form the room above. after getting the clothes wet, i had to move again to another room, which finally was looking like the one in the pictures; 4. i had to pay an extra fee for my child's stay, even if the conditions on the site did not provide such fee, if the room is booked for 2 adults; 5. the breakfast was and is not prepared at the place, there si no restaurant, everything is cold and you can choose between salami with bread and butter or omelette prepared with at least 4 hours in advance and keep warm by a heater. it is a pity for such a nice located hotel to bring tourists through all this hustle..

Staff very pushy snot following rules. For example, no place to park for checkin. Repeatedly reminded to move. Checkout call came exactly at checkout time. And repeated every minute or so. Not friendly

Most of the staff were friendly. Was not happy with the size if room which was meant for 3 adults. After complaining about it we were offered another room but had to pay to upgrade to the bigger size room. The aircondition did not work one night which made sleeping very difficult as the weather was quite warm.

The building is a bit out dated, the local area was a little quiet, however the staff were very helpful.

Hotel ok for business trips. Area around is far from city center, but it has good connection, so again good for business trips. Clean room

did like the hotel, did not like the fact of the non-existence of laundry service, very weird.

The hotel was very average. Decent condition but relatively old. The staff was quite friendly.

It is easy to get to, just off the A4, not far from Brescia centre, very good location for south Brescia business appointments

Room was clean, but felt the bathroom was on a small size. Boiler failure meant no hot water in the night - a cold shower was unpleasant. Complained, but staff could not tell us when it would be fixed. However, was fixed in the morning, but our impression of hotel quality was not positive. The surrounding area felt rundown.

MI è piaciuto tutto in assoluto, forse la posizione non è panoramica, ma non è quello che cercavo. Tutto ad un livello ottimo, niente da ridire. Perfetto
