Location is not accessible by car, need to walk to the hotel. The area in front of the hotel is a bit shabby. Service is not friendly. When we first checked in, the room was not clean. There was even leftover food from the previous guest in the mini bar. This indicates that the room was not cleaned properly. After that we asked to move rooms. The new room was better, but the facilities were inadequate. The AC remote had no back cover, the TV was on but there was no sound. We stayed 2 nights, our room was not cleaned properly. The floor in the bathroom was very obvious not being cleaned. The plus point of this hotel is that the waiter on duty during breakfast was very friendly and helpful. What is in the photo is very different from reality.

The room is clean, beautiful, neat, fully equipped. Helpful staff. I don't eat at the hotel so I don't know the quality of the restaurant.

The location is in the middle of the old quarter, so where are you going? the service is amazing! Like a 5-star hotel, it is very responsive to our needs, even before being asked by them. And communication between staff is very good, so when asking something to one of them, they know the problem being discussed, and know the development. The experience of staying there was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Everything is great. Location near landmarks. Easy to find food, easy to shopping. Service is great.

Great service and perfect location

The hotel is in the same group with the calypso suites hotel. Located in a small alley close to the hoan kiem lake..staffs are really friendly and helpful, and breakfast is great.
