Ideal location for Can Pastilla and the airport.
Palma about a 30 minute bus ride.
Hotel staff very welcoming helpful, and friendly.
Will definitely stay again.
Added extra, offered, drinks and snacks when arriving for early or late check during the night.
Pool area, gym and sauna lovely for a relaxing stay.
Restaurant buffet spotless and lovely staff.
Only negative was lack of choice of vegan options especially desserts.
Favourite was the vegan paella.

The rooms are very spacious, the food is great and they mix it up everyday, plenty of variety for everyone, the rooms have air conditioning and fridge, the staff are all so lovely and can’t do enough for you. Very close to the airport and only 25 minutes to Palma, great transport connections - would 100% recommend

Loved this hotel, which is more like a resort. Great staff, amenities (2 lane lap pool, hot tub, bike parking, gym, massage, books, multiple pools & lounging areas, good breakfast) close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend

Good property in a nice location. Rooms had everything you need, and staff happy to help. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room - kettle available from reception, but you need to pay a deposit. Same for pool towels. Good restaurants within walking distance and easily accessible to airport/palma town.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Nice spa and selection of pools. Restaurant has changing menu for every evening. Food is good and great selection. Half board well worth it! Enrique, Tey... the chef with the most contagious smile (sorry didn't catch his name, perdóname), amazing people at the restaurant! This hotel has outstanding service throughout. Everyone is very kind, helpful and friendly and polite! Highly recommend. Would prefer towels not changed automatically daily, in many countries already you can choose to reuse to save water and nature.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast buffet choices though don’t expect good coffee (didn't have dinner there). Convenient for local cafes and buses to/from airport or Palma. Right on a great walking/cycling coast path- head towards Palma for a lovely stroll. Nice lounge and bar opening onto attractive pools and seating area. Great heated lap pool and well set up for cyclists. Room was very clean and a decent size.
Cons: Very slow check in (45mins) even though we’d dropped our bags and given our passports etc earlier. Staff often seemed baffled by the computer system and they need to manage the queue; it was the first day of the season and seemed like they were unprepared in several respects. Corridors and lounge didn’t get cleaned til the next day. Spa facilities look good but sauna and ‘hot tub’ were not hot! ‘Sea view’ might involve hanging over your balcony and looking up the road. Walls are a little thin take earplugs.
Overall a decent hotel for the price and we were quickly offered a room change when we had a problem so can’t fault the customer service. Free parking is on the road and you might struggle for a space even in low season.

The hotel is lovely, the breakfast has a lot to offer... I would say the room is quite small and does not seem 4* and did have a sewer like smell from the air con. I would stay again but do think the price does not reflect the quality.

It was quiet and close to the beach with a bunch of nice restaurants around. I also enjoyed the spa options available

Bedroom TINY - much smaller than the photos. The property was not what a North American would consider 4 Star. Photos of the property are deceiving.

Things to know. Don't bother getting a taxi to and from the airport. The A2 bus is right outside the airport and was five euros from the airport and two euros back. The bus took barely any time to get there.
The hotel is lovely. The room was not massive, but definitely not small. It also had a nice balcony.
You are only a 3-4 minute walk from a nice beach and plenty of restaurants. The pool area is great, the only down side is that the pool bar wasn't open very often when we stayed. We were there early September, so could have been the off season. Most days we had to go inside to get drinks, but you were allowed these in/around the pool area.
There are two main pools and an additional "hot" tub type pool up on a raised section. It isn't hot, but it's a nice place to sit and chill out. The inside spa facilities are great too.
Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice and there were new items added every day.
We did stay for lunch one afternoon and it took over an hour to make nachos and a hot dog (again, not sure if this was due to it being an off season)
Overall an excellent hotel.
P.S. There is a bus that runs to Palma which takes roughly 35 minutes. There is plenty to do in Palma including the train to Soller. If you are doing the train to Soller, be prepared to as the tram back from Soller Port gets extremely busy and quite an intense experience being crammed on. Would NOT advise if you have small children or have a disability.

We only uses this hotel as it was convenient for the airport. Definitely wouldnt consider this hotel for a relaxing stay as it sits in the middle of a residential area. Location is the only thing going for it as far as I can see.
The airport is five minutes away so the constant noise from planes is hardly relaxing and the beach area is very much "Bernidorm" in feel.
