Good value for money, the room was nice enough and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast selection was very limited, not too many options.

It was a pleasure staying in this hotel. The service was above and beyond, particularly Miss Dianna at the front desk and Miss Oksana at breakfast time. The staff was wonderful and provided an excellent service, the hotel is convenient and nearby attractions for kids and families. Highly recommended, I wish we stayed there longer!

We tried to cancel/rebook our reservation because travel restrictions prevented us from traveling to Italy from the US. The hotel was completely inflexible and even claimed that the reason they were refusing to refund the reservation was because we requested the refund only on the day we were supposed to arrive. That is simply untrue. We had been in correspondence with the hotel for more than a week. The hotel may be a wonderful place to stay, but we will not go there on account of the poor way we were treated.

Convenient small Hotel if you want to visit Gardaland. Via a backroad to are there in five minutes (but only one-way street). Very helpful reception!

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Im Umkreis gibt es fußläufig gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotz Lage an der Straße ist es ruhig (gute Fenster) und unsere Zimmer lagen zur straßenabgewandten Seite. Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal. Sogar kostenlose Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage auch für große Autos. Einziges Manko: Wir hatten Zimmer mit Behindertentoiletten, die für nicht Behinderte sehr unpraktisch sind.
