Everything is nice

Staff was great. Location was excellent. Hotel was clean. Very good base for exploring Cajamarca.

Arrived at Hotel the front entrance was barricaded with large stickers from the government saying Hotel closed down , we knocked on the door the people inside saw us and they wouldn’t open the door to let us in someone came outside from another entrance and took us through the back entrance of the hotel . No lights were turned on in the hotel. The restaurant was closed down The bar was closed down We were told we have to order room service and eat in our rooms.. the reason I booked the hotel because it had a nice restaurant overlooking the town Square but it was closed down permanently. Jacuzzi was closed for maintenance. If everything was closed down in the Hotel the restaurant the bar the Jacuzzi no lights front entrance barricaded with confronting stickers from the government.why are they even allowing people to book the hotel?? I want a refund

The hotel is really nice and comfortable. The staff so kind. We have a good time and relax in this hotel. The services is A1+. I recommend it 100%

Very nice location and hotel , the staff was great so courteous and kind! All the front desk personnel were wonderful and all other at the restaurant too. The rooms are nice but they have portable a/c only that was the only thing for which I don’t give them 5 stars. Still they helped with the equipment and our stay was great :) special mentions to Luis and Stephanie at the front desk , they gave us exceptional service . The breakfast Buffett was delicious , overall it was very good

The hotel was great. Staff was super attentive and they even gave us umbrellas for the rain. Breakfast buffet was good as well.

Nice rooms and amenities. The breakfast buffet is good. I didn’t use other services such as the spa or pool. Disappointed by the service. It was hit or miss depending on the person. **The biggest annoyance for a hotel of this caliber is having to have someone “inspect” the room after checkout. That’s expected in a small, independent hotel but not in a global chain and the “best” hotel in Cajamarca.

Outstanding location, overall hotel facilities and maintenance. The Paprika restaurant at the hotel is very good. Cajamarca is a wonderful destination at the Andean Perú, with people who are warm and caring about their visitors.

No A/C and when I paid under the description was saying that it has it Very disappointed! Bells from catedral didn’t let me sleep

Staff and property were nice. But initially we had a room that was close to bell tower and we would listen to that bell every 30 minutes. They moved us to another room and that was better.

I think this hotel is the best in the Cajamarca, with a prime location next to the cathedral in the main plaza. However, it's falling short in several service areas, in particular it's restaurant Paprika. In addition to that, the hotel is currently under construction and it was impossible to avoid the construction noise and the toxic fumes from the work that permeated the entire Hotel. The odor made me nauseated. Thankfully they put me in a room far away from the construction and although the fumes extended to the hallways I was able to close my door and get away from the fumes . In particular, we had a very negative interaction with it breakfast stuff at paprika including Jaiber, when we arrived for the breakfast 5 minutes before closing and they were already putting it away cleaning it up. The staff informed me that we had only 5 minutes and I said I'm aware of that but that did not stop them from literally taking food out from in front of me as I was trying to serve myself. I got very angry and they blamed it on management who said that management required them to remove everything at 10: 00am "en punto". This bad experience on top of the construction made for a very unfavorable impression of the hotel and I would not return here. I would give a shout out to our bellman Luis, who was excellent and extremely helpful. The beds, the towels , and the sheets were all very nice but the water pressure is very low. It's not surprising in a city that is suffering from drought..
