Excellent location. Would stay again for work

Old and tired, but comfortable enough for a quick stop over in Sydney to visit nearby relatives.

Really nice place, very reasonably priced

The Nesuto was a nice hotel to stay in, easy to find and parking was also good. The room was good, TV was a little dated and (this is just me) the bed was a little too soft. Otherwise, a pleasant stay and will stay again in the future.

A little on the ruff side. A little aged and minimally cleaned

Bathroom was dated and a bit smelly. King bed was two singles pushed together. Food area sink was blocked. Behind the bed was extremely dusty. Parking access was convenient and straightforward.

I think the room needed a bit more attention to detail with cleanliness, it was clean but i could see it needed a bit more spit and polish. The carpet needed a shampoo. There is a sort of a smell that smells like old croissants. Perhaps a air freshener would help. The bed was very comfortable, happy with the level of noise which was zero. Good stay but needs that sparkling clean look.

Great place to stay

Dirty floors. Bed was not made from the previous guest, sheets not changed. No one to complain to. Reception closed at 5.30 and all staff disappears. Had to call a central number to get Wi-Fi code.

On arrival we were confronted with a sur-charge for the secure parking. Last year this did occur. This was entirely unexpected

Reception closes at 530pm but there was no communication about this. We had to ring the number on the door before we could be checked in. We weren’t given the wifi password. The room was comfortable but in need of modernising.

Value for money, not too bad, but a little dated. The bedroom was a good size and the bed very comfortable. Good air conditioning. No drawers for unpacking suitcases. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Fantastic parking, very convenient and included in tariff. Good location and close to freeways. If you stay here, I would recommend requesting a room on the far side of the building, away from the highway. Was surprised when I went to pay with cash at checkout, only to find cash not accepted. That seemed a bit odd? I'd be happy to stay again based on value for money.

Great value for money for a weekend stay in Pennants Hill suburb.

Although the property is a bit dated the room was clean and comfortable. Ours faced the back street so there was no road noise. It's within walking distance of buses and the train station. There was an IGA and several takeaway/eat in dining options nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay and convenient to our needs. Only negative were the cooking smells coming through the aircon system.

The hotel itself was fine. Very tight to get into parking area. No milk in fridge for cuppa. Receptionist was really helpful and friendly.

Big rooms. Clean and tidy. Numbers on aircon temp dial worn, made it hard to see. Very good overall. Will stay again

This property had a great location for us and i liked the kitchenette facility but carpet dirty and bathroom needs upgrade. There were cockroaches on room

Great apartment for the price. Clean and contained everything for a comfortable stay.
