Extrêmement bien équipé pour cuisiner, Très calme

This is not a hotel ! . . It was a basic apartment , that you’re meant to take your own bedding , linen and towels to . . we asked for such and got sheets but no pillowslips and had to make the bed up ourselves . . all a bit grim . . and we had to give a deposit before we stayed , which we did get back , but not usual though ! . the restaurant next door was good !

Had to make our own bed, bed linen just left, lift not accessible on 3rd floor, call button broken, entrance sign from main road not very good.

Very helpful staff, we arrived earlier than expected with bags of food, staff provide a fridge to keep goods fresh until our room was ready. Family friendly place.

Great value, nice apart-hotel with added bonus of swimming pool. Flat walk into town. Very helpful staff - lady even waited so we could follow her car to the supermarket when we had ventured out and got lost on our first attempt.

Comfortable property in a very nice town.

Very tired appearance. Bathroom poor. Not up to say Ibis standard. Would not stay again at this property.

Smaller room than expected, from pictures on web site. Toilet was dirty. Crockery was not washed well and utensils broken. Did not feel cleaning was checked. Parking was plentiful. Good walking distance from interesting city.

Property needs a refurbishment, but it’s a good value for money at it current state.

Excellent apartment style hotel, great as a base for exploring beautiful Dinan

Hard to describe. Hallways a very dim, all on sensor lights. There's lots of "rules" around your room. Just felt uncomfortable about being there. Dinan is an amazing town, you can do better for accommodation than here

Good communication and overall service.

The pool was closed . The bar and restaurant closed on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. The bed was hard as rock And the room are tired and need to be redecorated. And they ask you to take you litter and recycling to bins in the car park !!

Very nice spacious rooms with functioning mini kitchen. Entrance was a bit tricky to find at night, but key was left in a safe box and clear instructions were given , so no problem

I was quite pleased to find these rooms are more like flats which is great and spacious for the kids. Can buy food at the supermarket and prepare at home, however, you have to make sure of the kitchen facilities in the room as we had a fridge a hob and a microwave, no oven. So we bought diners/ breakfast accordingly. The rooms were very plain but perfect for our stay, however I had to clean a bit to feel comfortable. Switches were quite dirty and there was dirt on the walls in every rooms, toilets, bathroom. I saw many reviews mentioning about that and I was disappointed to see the hygiene standards hadn’t improved effectively. The place smelled of cigarette, for non smokers it’s a bit repulsive. There is a pool outside which is great for the kids. This place isn’t my favourite but is quite convenient for families with no particar standards. My standard in hotels and rentals is hygiene so we could come back if we have to.

Reception staff were friendly, accommodation is very basic and not that comfortable but fine for what we needed. Room was clean, no real issues at all, I wouldn’t stay again if I had the option of spending a little more for comfort - hotel was not easy to find, sat nav couldn’t find the hotel as the name actually differs from Expedia

Good for a short stop over. Very spacious apartment. However sofa beds were uncomfortable and squeaky dedinayely wouldn't stay more then a night or 2.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this apartment. It's about a 10 minute walk from historic Dinan which worked wel for us since we had a car and it was easy to park it and leave it. My kids liked the pool after a long day. The kitchen worked but just be aware that it doesn't have any condiments, oil, etc so you'd need to get those

L’accueil de Vacancéole est déplorable. On a l’impression de les déranger. La literie est catastrophique et la chasse des toilettes cassée. Je continuerai à utiliser Hotels.com mais plus jamais en collaboration avec Vacancéole.
