Excelentes atenciones, buena comida, y una habitación completa desde todas las perspectivas.

Staff was helpful, surrounding area is walkable to the park. Stores are not far from the property.

The staff were fantastic. The executive facilities were outstanding. The staff exemplify what all hotels should strive for.

A lot of their plugs didn’t work. And the air conditioner/heater made a lot of noise. However, the staff was very nice and attentive. The room was clean and so was the entire hotel.

Love the staff attitude, excellent customer service from the vallet service, door bell to the manager. Highly recomend you to ask for top floor, view is excellent from business lounge.

It is an aging property but it remains quiet, comfortable, and sparkling clean. Marriott Bonvoy service remains impeccable (reception, concierge, room service).

Going to the JW Marriott Santa Fe is like going home. Super friendly staff where everybody calls me by my name. Clean rooms and if any issue arises, the fix it immediately and more.

Three great things about the Marriott: / amazing staff and attentiveness / great breakfast / reasonable parking price One thing I did not like is that they charge you extra for bottled water, which is unreasonable as first of all its a 5 star hotel and second we are in Mexico City and we cannot drink tap water. They should offer alternatives to reduce plastic like maybe thermos with filtered water or pitchers of drinking water.
