The pictures and the website or not what it seems to be

Wonderful experience. Very clean, the staff was super helpful and so nice. Definitely would stay here again. And close to everything.

The location Is near central Morelia, easy accessibility to all the historical sightseeing. And the staff are excellent.

This property is not With the show in the pictures when we get there everything is just so little in the motel make you feel like you were a pack one another that annoys know what aspect

The room had no window but was clean. Did not look like the pictures.

Bare bones. No facial tissues, no hair dryer, no coffeemaker, no iron. Free breakfast was coffee and cornflakes served in a dark, dingy room. Totally underwhelmed.

Hotel rooms are small, but clean. Staff is excellent!

The rooms ar vey tiny and the restrooms very small too.

Got this hotel as a last minute option. Decent hotel but rate was very high due to His Holiness' visit. Overall it is decent, clean and well located.

Everything needed, there to see the butterflies so gone most of day. Not posh but great price. close to all. Staff helpful, probably helps to speak Spanish (we do).

This is a nice simple hotel frequented by people on a budget. My room was very clean, the staff were friendly and it is in a safe residential area. The water pressure in the shower was real variable and should be improved. Remember this is a nice budget hotel, not a resort or anything like it.

Esta bien, por el mismo precio he conseguido opciones de habitación mas bonitas y espaciosas, no tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación, el resto estuvo muy bien, me gusto la atención y los detalles para la comodidad del cliente.

Bien lo único que realmente le falta al hotel es restaurante

Hotel renovado, con bonitas habitaciones.un buen servicio. No recomendado para personas de la tercera edad, debido a que las escaleras son complicadas de subir para personas longevas. En generaluy buen servicio.

La puerta del baño no cierra, el pasador de la manija no alcanza o coincide con la guarda fija para asegurar la puerta. Por lo que la puerta se mantiene abierta. mucho ruido en los pasillos tanto de los huespedes en los pasillos, como del mismo personal que trabaja en el hotel, no hablan, repentinamente alzan la voz tanto en las noches como en la madrugada.

Personal amable, limpieza de las habitaciones, ubicación

Demasiado pequeña la habitación.
