We spent 10 days at this beautiful resort ! The rooms are clean and cozy, the food was delicious and so much to do outside of the resort also. The beach has wonderful waves and lots of beach chairs. The water slides are so fun. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. 10/10 recommend for the whole family !

The staff are all very helpful and I really enjoyed my stay

First of all, it was overpriced while our experience of being there. The waterpark was only opened from 10 to 12 then from 2 to 4 which they don’t actually even finish the two hours they turn off the slides before the time is over. We do not pay all that money to be limited. We thought it was unlimited. Then we found out that there is no AC you have to sleep with her door open and after 6 AM the sun hits and you cannot sleep. It’s too hot even during the night some days are warm so we do not pay if we’re not having AC not as much activities as they had said on their website ,we had to wait over 30 minutes for some people to come and allow us to play in the game room, which was also an extra charge. The buffet was good however stay away from mushrooms. I got food poisoning. it was supposed to be a resort full of fun. Our kids were actually bored.

Hotel was ok. Had good waterslides for the kids and good kids club. Rooms were dirty and food selection was pretty good.

Great holiday loved it

When we arrived we had a warm and friendly welcoming. The hotel had many pools bars food and a 24hr bar at the main The mini bar in the room was also all-inclusive.

Great location! Good service.. we were a large group of 18 people. Best part was the Turkish bath the resort which was much much better then the one we had outside..Need to improve service in the area were we came to the hotel early morning 5am and had to pay full occupancy charge for previous day. We had a very late night flight and requested late checkout but the resort wanted to charge an additional fee. The guest manager was not accommodative and did not come to explain, we ended only talking to the guest services staff. Overall good experience.

Everything was good. A lots of things to do, good food, activities for all ages. Only the rooms were not for a 5 star hotel. They are big enough but needs to be renovated. Hotel stuff is excellent.

There is a big problen in the rooms. The air conditioner doesn't work well.i think it is too little..so.the room is always hot.the food was good,but at nights you will have a nightmare.even in the hallway was very hot.so,if you like to sleep well go to another hotel.

Nothing rude employees old smelly rooms

The hotel has a very good service, friendly staff and multi language speakers. The building is old and needs renovation.

What an amazing place to stay In this hotel you have everything you want Pools beach best coffee and tea and entertainment all the time in addition to the amazing food I reallllyyy enjoyed my stay and I would repeat it no doubt

Really the stay was good but the personnel in the morning are not welcoming those one who do the check in it’s like they have angry face not patient and also the food were terrible really the room are not cleaned properly and they even didn’t change our bed sheet for four days the night personnel instead are very good friendly and happy I really liked them and hope they were at the morning

The trip was good but the hotel reception is not really welcoming specially those one at the day they always have the angry face not smile always in bad mood I really was disappointed by them but the one at night they were really good welcoming with the smile and everything

Rooms are old for the rest is the best hotel felt really safe good swimming good food and really a lot of opportunity

The resort facilities were very good but the rooms were very small and not as clean as a resort must be, I paid for an extra bed for my 6y daughter but barely we could manage the space in the family two bed room suit to accommodate it, the reception were not very friendly, they argued too much about my son and daughter's age, despite I mentioned on the web site there ages (12y and 15y) they were saying that way it mentioned they are children and not adults, which is an automatic measure from (Hotels.com) as they are under 18y. on the website the suit is to accommodate 4 persons + 1 child for free. But finally, they understood and stopped arguing about my 12y son & 15y daughter after making too much headache for me and my family.

The stuf at the hotel where so helpful especially animation team I have to mention Omer he was so nice and they had different show every night , Alen , Enita , Dzenita , Kenan ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Layout, arrangement and size of hotel and facilities were excellent. Plenty of space, especially in these Covid times
