Perfect for overnight sleep before early morning flight. Very comfortable bed and I slept despite flights nearby! Good soundproofing.

Excellent room with some lovely touches for what is predominately a hotel for airport users. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming Had recently stayed and the Ibis hotel next door and this was head and shoulders above that. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was as to be expected being close to an airport however had to request to move rooms as fan did not work in the bathroom and the room felt/smelt damp. Room 17. Staff were quick to find us another room and handled it very well

Lovely friendly staff and clean rooms/dining areas. Beds and pillows are like rocks though something that they could definitely improve on

The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable. Bathroom is a little cramped too but it was great for one night. Definitely wouldn’t stay longer than that.

We had an early flight so stayed here even though we live in London, and we enjoyed our (brief) stay. The staff members were friendly and very helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend!

Good Stay , perfect for airport , good value for money . Very clean, staff friendly. Not quite as good as other holiday inns , in terms of room facilities, bathrooms aren’t very modern and pillows weren’t great. Perfect for airport , only short walk to terminal. Good also if you want to leave your car for a few days whilst you’re away.

This was a one-night stay due to an early flight, having spent 10 comfortable days in a hotel in East London. When I arrived at the train station I had an episode of SVT so had to spend two hours in hospital with a heartrate of 205, so this may cloud my judgement. When I tried to get an Uber to go to the hospital, the Uber app would not recognise the hotel's address and the receptionist was of little help. I had to walk to the nearby Holiday Inn Express hotel to get my Uber to Luton hospital. Actually, on Expedia, I reserved this hotel in error - I thought I was headed for Hampton by Hilton. This is a rather tired hotel and the rooms are certainly very tired. At first I was put in an 'accessible' room which was even more depressing. I didn't ask for accessible, but thought I was booking a 'bigger' room. I ordered a soup and Indonesian-style chicken curry. The soup was fine but the curry I only ate a third of due to the flavouring. The only two positive points for this hotel are (i) that I always carry an HDMI cable with me to connect my laptop to the TV and, unlike many other hotels, where there is a lot of fiddling and programming to do, it worked quickly; (ii) it is convenient for the airport scheduled bus. Overall, I can't recommend (even if I overlook my particular circumstances). This hotel needs top-to-bottom refreshing but I suspect it is not a priority for the Holiday Inn/IHG chain so they will 'sweat' the assets to maximise profit.

Really friendly and courteous service, despite us checking in at 3am. Room was spotless and the breakfast the following morning was a perfect start to the day after a good sleep. Staff were so polite and helpful, I'd have absolutely no issues staying here again. Thanks Team!!!
