We have stayed at this property a few times. This time we were missing an integral part of our family for the first time and everyone still made us feel so welcome.

Bathroom faucet clogged upon our arrival at hotel at 10:00 a.m. Unable to fix until morning next day.

The smell coming from either the river or a waste treatment nearby it smelled like a sewer

I never stayed at this hotel. Paid for trip insurance and was denied refund. Will never use your services again. I will book directly with the airlines, hotels, and rental car companies. Expedia is a scam company that doesn’t honor their agreements!!!!

Great Location! The room was a good size and clean, the breakfast buffet was a plus!

The room was not what we expected, although we had a river view it was partial and side on, staff was not able to get me a better room. No daily room cleaning is unacceptable!@

The view that this property offers by being adjacent to the riverfront was an added bonus. I will definitely stay at this property again

Very nice hotel, love the pool and hot tub people. The young lady at the front desk was fantastic. We checked in, and then later on it needed something and she brought it up right away. She was very, very nice as everyone else was also.

Loved this hotel and our room was nice ! The staff was friendly and everything was 5 star. Only complaint was elevators were down so had to wit lots with only one elevator working. I’d come back here

Good choice for stay in Chattanooga. Good walking along the river close by. Close enough to walk to restaurants and attractions. Room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Parking not great but ok. Included breakfast was decent. Will stay here again.
