Customer service was amazing

I love that there are complimentary smores and popcorn offered in the activity area with a movie. I like that the resort pool is open until midnight and that we have an hour early admittance to the newer side of the park. The room location is convenient for entering and exiting the original side of the park. The rooms are dated and overpriced for their condition but it is clear that renovations are in the works so that will be nice. I do wish that there were more incentives for and at the park for resort guests (ya know lol other than the experience)

The loft was really nice. But there arent really any immediate ammenties for you at the "resort" you have to travel eveeywhere else to do anything. There were alot of issues that werent fixed until our last nights stay. So we booked another night to hopefully be able to enjoy more. It didnt help. We shouldve left sunday which was pur original departure date. We had our baby and none of the tvs had any channels they were all news. The microwave never went off. None of the doors either closed or locked. It was such a hazard for mt 14 month old bc of the stairs he coouldve injured himself. There was a wasps nest on our balcony and my baby was stung 3 times on the chest. It was hidden. We removed it bc we couldnt wait for their pest people. The toaster didnt work. The master bathroom shower pours water out of the door onto the floor and there isnt a way to stop it. There was just so many little things that couldve easily been fixed if someone payed attention to it. I could say more but i will stop here bc its just more stressing thinking about it with how much paid.

Property looks nothing like the photos. Super ghetto, we ended up not staying & lost out on our money. Don’t recommend at all.

Easy parking and access to waterpark

Really loved the loft property. It was close to the shops and river and it was very clean and I felt extremely safe as it was gated. The transportation was SUPER convenient. Just had to call and the driver was on their way. Everyone was extremely nice. The ONLY thing that disappointed me a bit was the lack of a pool at loft site. After a long day the last thing you want to do is drive to the main hotel location so kids can swim in pool. All activities were at main location as well. I wish I would have known that but I know for next time. Other than that. A great stay

I thought it was extraordinary. It's older, but it's kept up very nice. The beds were amazing. The air conditioning was amazing. I like how it has easy access to the water park and the outdoor activities in the evening for families are great. I have absolutely no complaint about this experience.Whatsoever

Terrible bed , AC wasn't cold enough, but liked the pool

It was clean and everything worked. Bed wasn't comfortable for two - kept rolling to the middle.

Hotel is very old and rooms are small. Feels like a motel. Although, the beds were surprisingly comfortable. I also missed the note that the room price did not include the waterpark so that was a shock to arrive and have to purchase tickets. Will not return!

Very close to the water park 👌 perfect on the other hand the rooms it self needs work the sink was stuck one way if you try to turn it feels like it wants to brake, toilets was so wobbly, fan was almost about to come off the ceiling, but the worst was the beds they need to be replaced asap. On the flip side the rooms in the front of us looked as they are getting some remodeling done.

We had a fun time at the Schlitterbahn Resort. Loved the nightly s'mores, popcorn and movie under the stars. The only thing that could have been better was the water pressure of the shower.
