Staff were very matter of fact, not very friendly but not rude. Plumbing was very noisy, taps squealed. Other than that a good stay, microwave etc, excellent tv choices foxtel and house movies.

Everything seemed to work well. We used the pool and the tennis court and racquets and balls were available from reception. The beds were comfy, the rooms clean and the air con welcomed. Check in and out very easy.

What a beautiful spot!! So close to the beach, shops and everything fun. Great customer service with great amenities within. Lovely clean, spaceous room. Comfy bed and waking to a yummy breaky. Will definitely be staying there again

The room was fine and staff friendly enough but all the rooms facing the main road are affected by traffic noise which disturbed sleep and rest - so only book room facing the rear of the hotel.

Had another overnight stay here in a similar studio room. Bathroom was very nice and recently renovated. The room decor is a little dated but in good condition. We had tea/coffee making and a small microwave. The motel is about a 10 min walk into Shellharbour and about 15 min to its beach and public ocean pool. Reception closes at 8pm and we’d forgotten to organise a late check in but a call to the motel about 8:45 took care of this for us. Overall it’s a pretty nice place for a short budget stay.

The room was stuffy with a stale smell. The standard was definitely not of a 'resort'

Bed was uncomfortable, clean, tidy but it needs a renovation. The toilet knob you use to flush kept popping out and I had to use the shower to fill the kettle. I probably wouldn’t stay again

Arrived to be told dining room closed this was most disappointing Bathroom lacked space for clothes No place for shampoo soap etc in shower needed to use window sill No milk in fridge Overall disappointed
