Great staff

Staff was very good and responsive. Room furniture was not very comfortable, and the room was very noisy at all hours- mostly noise from the streets outside. I stayed somewhere else my next time in Bogota and had a much better stay than here.

La propiedad no tiene hervidor ni secador de pelo. Nos dieron una habitación que no habíamos seleccionado, nos dijieron solo por una noche y esto no sucedió. La estufa súper lenta. Por otro lado tiene una buena ubicación y el personal de limpieza muy amable y mantuvo simpre nuestra habitación limpia.

Is nice and clear

Conveniently located, nice staff, fully equipped room. Only downside was that there was no food or beverages nor restaurant on the premises. Walking distance to the Unicentro Mall. Can recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The check in was a problem because we have to wait a long period of time for a very cold apartment. My subjection is to give more blankets and comfortable beds because the beds were hard and very cold night.

Everything was great except for Check in. I was able to get into room until almost 5 PM! But other than that, the hospitality and room were fantastic!

The location is very good, and the staff is attentive. The rooms are comfortable, although the beds are a bit hard. There are some details missing that would make it more comfortable, such as more places to put personal items in the bathroom. The cleanliness is impeccable. Without a doubt, a place to recommend.

The property it self was very good but the Gym next door was something terrible the open at 4.30am till 12midnight and all day the slam the weights on the floor and our room was facing the Gym we could not open the window and the blinds because they see in the room , and i will suggest that side if the building you can put double glass fir the noise
