Only the reception staff spoke English; No tea-making facilities in Room; Breakfast food trays and fruit dispensers were not kept full; No boiling water for tea making; Bar (alcohol and coffee) bar only open at breakfast time.

Nice hotel with comfortable bed and great staff. Convenient for our one night visit to area for a wedding.

Very clean, friendly hotel. Unfortunately not convenient to trains or subways and very expensive to taxi into the city every day. No water available and vending machines do not take credit cards. Rooms are really tiny and not enough electrical outlets.

Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. Good location for exploring the sites around Rome and easy access to public bus to travel into Rome without taking the car and worrying about parking. Good selections of nearby restaurants, grocery stores and gas station.

The hotel was nice but it is a bit far away from the city center. The average time from the hotel to the city center took about 35-40 minutes. And even longer to the airport. They said it only takes 20 minutes but without traffic it takes about 35-40 minutes

Very charming and classic feeling. We appreciated the dining/sitting area out back. Plenty of parking. Mattresses were too firm for us. Staff was amazing and helpful.

Located next to a prison, the bed was as hard as a slab of marble and the breakfast and coffee are not edible. If you can look past those three things then it's great.

The staff were always very accomodating! Rooms super lean. The outdoor garden area could be a lot nicer. It would've been nice to have dining right there too

Property was much nicer then expected and was very clean with lots of character. Breakfast was amazing so make sure to include that for your stay. One downside is that it is a 35 min Taxi into Rome (one way).

It is far away from the city, there is no much to see around. The place was nice, but I would not stay here again as I was more interested in the city.

Front Desk woman doubled as a very helpful concierge, helping me with multiple directions

No cupboard in the room, no tea/coffee facility in the room. Bathroom was a bit mess, no pegs, stuff was dumped, the exhaust was noisy.

The hotel overall is pretty decent. It’s biggest issue it is very far from Rome. We hoped to save some money by bypassing expensive hotels in the city and staying just outside, the reality is that transportation costs ate all the savings and then some. If you do not plan renting a car (we didn’t) this would be a very expensive stay for you. Opt for in the city places

The property was clean but the beds were uncomfortable and the shower stool too small

AC broke twice in 2 different rooms, no laundry, no room service, no restaurant, no fridge in the rooms. The entire website and property are a complete lie.

Once we got an upgrade frim the economy room everything was wonderful
