I loved my stay at this property! The location was perfect, right near the palace. Although, you had to walk about 5 mins in order to call a taxi, which is normal in this walkable city. Everyone working at the hotel was very attentive and kind! Breakfast was decent, around the corner of the hotel. AC also worked well, which is rare in Europe and great in the 100 degree weather we were in. A couple of little things, is that the patio was not that well kept and a little dusty and hotel lobby fragrance was too strong. Also, shower pressure was very weak in our room, even when they checked and said it was ok (maybe specific room bc I see other reviews saying the same thing?) If you want a perfect location and nice view from the terrace, stay here!

Great location near Alcatraz and cathedral. Spotless room with a balcony to the pretty square. Staff were extremely friendly and friendly. Good value for the location. Decent buffet breakfast in their sister hotel a few metres away.

Rooms were very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful and professional. Rooms could use more hooks and or shelves. Great location

The staff was very engaged and knowledgeable providing lively conversation and content. The location is quiet but within five minutes of the Palace and Cathedral. Our room was comfortable and included a large private deck overlooking the square and city view. The only lacking pieces was the light coffee service and perhaps the room could be refreshed a bit. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Lovely hotel,staff were lovely and a glass of bubbles was a very nice welcome. Great location in a little square with orange trees all around and a fountain in the middle.

Check in receptionist was very engaging and friendly, felt very welcome. The breakfast was a little disappointing if I'm being honest; however the big win was the central location within the historic quarter of the city. Great value and we would definitely recommend for a friend keen to visit Seville.

The Elvira is a boutique hotel in a GREAT location and the staff is very friendly. One of the reasons it’s not a five star is due to the check in process. When we arrived, the young man at the desk said it was his first day and he needed to call his manager from the sister hotel. The mgr came and spoke to him and left. We were not offered a complementary drink on arrival although it was displayed on the counter. The young man had to keep calling the manager to come back and our check in took well over an hour with us filling out a tremendous amount of paperwork. This young man was very kind and we were patient but we felt the manager should have checked us in with his new employee and not just leave him on his own with his first client.

My new husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Hotel Boutique Elvira Plaza and we couldn’t have been happier with the service, friendly staff and beautiful rooms! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were super helpful with recommendations on restaurants as well as calling our taxi to the airport. The room was beautiful and very clean and quiet. Already planning our next trip back!

I like the zone, the balcony in the room. But there was not AC in the room.

Very conveniently located for sightseeing around Seville and for restaurants and bars. Nice, friendly, helpful staff.

We enjoyed this room. It was very conveniently located to the Alcázar and the cathedral as well as restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and staff was very helpful! It is located in a courtyard so you cannot be dropped off at your door (you have to walk a little bit to an accessible street…not a problem for us but maybe for some). The air conditioning unit in our room emitted a very musty smell that we could not tolerate and do had to leave it off. Not a big deal since we visited in November but it would be a big deal in a different month!

Brilliant location in the Santa Cruz quarter and lots of bars and restaurants nearby - as well as the major tourist attractions. Rating is slightly lower as there was no hot water for the first night of our stay - which wasn't their fault - but also a slight smell in the room we had. We think it may have come from the bathroom, but unsure. The room itself was lovely and modern and comfy and the staff at reception were excellent. We spoke with a few different people who were so helpful and friendly.

Excellent accommodation in a most beautiful and quiet square So well placed Carlos on Boutique reception was very helpful and kind. Made our welcome excellent. Superb lunch in the quiet square from hotel restaurant Would definitely return

Me and my partner discovered 30 bugs in the room on the first night and immediately went to the front desk to ask for another room/refund. We were told they were sold out for the night and to come back in the morning. Since it was 1 AM, we had no choice but to stay in the room. The next morning we were told there were still no rooms. We had asked the receptionist to tell the manager to contact us and she had told us we would receive a call. We did not receive any calls and had to actually follow up each day of our stay. It was very inconvenient and communication was lacking. Finally, the manager reached out and gave us the bad excuse that they would not be able to provide any sort of solution/compensation because they had apparently come to the room to check out the bug situation during the day but the do not disturb sign was on. They did not even try contacting us when they so called had come to the room. Additionally, the manger said that the "biodiversity of the environment" can cause bugs in the room. The bugs decreased in amount through the stay but the lack of communication and lack of solution from management is unacceptable. I would not recommend this property.

Great location in town and good price.

The service was appallingly bad. We asked for early check in when we booked the room over 2 months before our stay and again the week before to which the hotel responded advising that they would try to accommodate this. Upon arrival the staff had no clue about early check in and we were told it would be 3pm as standard. We left our luggage and returned just after 3pm to be told the room wasnt ready and we had to wait. We left for a drink and when we returned it STILL wasnt ready. At this point we had seen 2 other couples check in, offered a glass of fizz and given their room key, we were not offered anything. Our room was dirty when we got the key with the floor evidently not clean. During our stay we did not get clean towels, our room was not cleaned one day despite leaving the please clean our room sign on the door, we did not get replacement coffee and milk, no loo roll. When asking the staff for these things they had no interest in helping. Shame as its a lovey little hotel in a very cute square but the staff seriously let this place down.
