Excellent staff and perfect location for so many events

Great location. Clean with friendly staff. Not the quietest hotel as the streets in this area are very noisy at night.

Overall we had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly, the location was ideal (close to the Whitecaps game) and the 1 bedroom suite was comfortable. A couple draw backs was that I didn't realize at the time of checkin (and missed a subsequent email) that the timeshare/condo units at Rosedale do not include shampoo/conditioner which was a little bit of an inconvenience when you are staying for a few nights.

Nice hotel/condo. Convenient location, lots of services and good nearby. Clean rooms and spacious. My only complaint is one of the elevators was out of service which caused major delays getting to and from our room on the 7th floor.

Upon arrival, we were stuck in the parkade for over 10 minutes due to an elevator being down, for which there was no signage to inform us of this closure. We had issues with our key cards not being activated, and the front desk staff was very rude when helping us fix this. The room was clean enough, however the hotel itself was very dirty. Extreme dust, dirty carpets, and dirt staining floorboards. The pool and sauna/steam-room were disgusting. Grime and dirt covering everything. Also, not being supplied shampoo/conditioner/body wash was very annoying. I understand not wanting to use single use products, but a large pump bottle as seen in other hotels would be great. Overall, I will not be staying in this hotel again.

Hotel was great! Nice large rooms!

The only problem was the elevators. Very slow and one was not working. Lots of shopping, restaurants nearby.

Clean, great location and friendly staff

Clean and spacious room with a comfy sleeping area and multiple necessities provided. There was a restaurant downstairs attached the the lobby for convenient dining and it was wonderful to be able to walk around down town Vancouver at night.

Room was amazing! Hotel is in such a convenient spot for concerts. Also staff is so accommodating it was raining outside and they lended us umbrellas to use to the concert !! Thank you so much we truly appreciated it! :) 10/10 would recommend staying here. They also allowed me to change the name on the reservation as I lost my credit card and had to switch it to my cousins name. Thank you so much ! Literally cannot thank you all enough. :)
