Room was amazing! Hotel is in such a convenient spot for concerts. Also staff is so accommodating it was raining outside and they lended us umbrellas to use to the concert !! Thank you so much we truly appreciated it! :) 10/10 would recommend staying here. They also allowed me to change the name on the reservation as I lost my credit card and had to switch it to my cousins name. Thank you so much ! Literally cannot thank you all enough. :)

Gym was literally in a stairwell (never seen that before) rooms were very big and comfortable. Fan in vent system always on pushing slight cold air on you/ didnt like that.

We love the location of the Rosedale. Everything you need for a stay in Vancouver. A little noisy as it is busy outside, but the higher the floor, the quieter it is!

Place is great except there is no smart tv. The tv’s are very old and no smart capability.

We received the notice that there were no longer single used plastic shampoo/conditioner, bottles, which was fine. However, we were very surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at all. We expected that there would be multi use items attached to the wall. That was a miss as far as communication goes. Was also concerned about safety/security, recognizing there is no obstacle for anyone to enter the hotel guest levels. The elevators were not protected by a key card to go up to guest rooms. You could go directly from the street up to guest level with never encountering a staff member.
