Food was terrible at the restaurant, the breakfast was very average, the service was poor in the restaurant, front desk was just ok, the only person/staff that gave us helpful service was the cleaning lady.

The hotel is great. The room is really nice but we are on floor 3 and it’s just so noisy. Banging and clattering from below, traffic, deliveries and a mega phone going off from approx 6.30am so really not good. We can’t get a room higher up due to renovations.

Hello , hotel staff especially the reception staff not coperative at all , even after reporting any issue they just ignore and i didnt feel they are helpful , instead they seems to be arrogant especially mr felipe , quite rude

Wish they could speak English at least the basics. It will be most efficient in helping us to explain to the staff what we need...other than that everything went well

Excellent staff and location! Breakfast was great, and hotel taxis provided excellent transportation at reasonable rates. The hotel needs to improve on Internet speed.

Clean rooms and breakfast was good. Need to include wash cloths in rooms and a shower curtain to prevent water from coming outside. Also a stronger shower head would be great. Staff was excellent.
