Wonderful stay. Different from hotels in I’ve stayed at in the past. Luxurious, but also welcoming.

Great atmosphere and excellent service!

Always stay at this hotel.

Everything great except we were seated at restaurant 6:30 Friday night and no one came back to wait on us. No one. We got up and walked cross the street to eat chicken and waffles.

It was a great stay. The only issue my cousin had was that it was loud but that was because we were staying right under the rooftop pool and bar other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The place itself was nice. The area not so much. Most importantly I blame Expedia because you had this designated as a Downtown hotel- this was not downtown. It was a mile or so from downtown and the walk there was through a rough neighborhood.

Great location

The hotel has an eclectic style, and the lobby is quite inviting. The rooms are spacious with a loft-style design and are located about 28 minutes from the airport. However, I did notice that the area rug was dirty, and the sofa had a stain and a hole on top. The hotel features a bar and two onsite restaurants. I sat at the bar twice for drinks and also enjoyed a light meal at the restaurant downstairs, where the food was good. Although the hotel is listed in the Michelin Guide, the room decor is mediocre and could use better cleanliness.

It was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. The hotel drove us to a date night (because it was under a 3 mile radius away), they came and got us after. The rooftop bar has amazing views with the absolute most chill vibes.

Walls are paper thin! Heard nearly every word the people next to us. Who also came in late and stayed up all throughout the night clear through 6am. Also the elevator broke down and we had to climb 5 flights of stairs.

Loved this hotel. Sketchy area, but beautiful hotel with lots of character. Definitely going to stay here again!

It was okay. Nothing special. The lobby has a STRONG incense odor that was unpleasant.

Perfect location, nice property but the amenities fee pissed me off.
