Room was small and parking is tight. But the bed was comfortable and room cooled off very well. Breakfast choices were simple yet perfect

The room was very nice and roomy. The bed was very comfortable. The pool wasn't very clean, same for the hot tub. The "hot" free breakfast was a joke. Not much to choose from and everything was cold that was supposed to be warm. Seemed like an old hotel that could use some maintenence. Very fruendly staff

Liked that it was near restaurants. Disliked that there was no care taken with the furnishings. A nice room looked uncared for. Breakfast foods were not warm.(Eggs & Sausage still cool at 7:00.)

Terrible would not recommend

Room was clean, location was close to downtown, and my son loved the pool. I would stay here again.

The hotel was great for low frills. Location is everything...there was so much to see and do within walking distance. It is so close to Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park. Our first night in Keystone a severe thunderstorm knocked out power to entire town for about five hours. Not the hotel problem, but unfortunate nonetheless. There were many of us outside on the patio and deck for about an hour. We went to bed without electricity. The pool is insanely cold. COLD. The hot tub was great until our last night...then it was broken. These things made it frustrating considering the room rate, but again, Location meant everything to us for this stay.

Conveniently located 6 mins drive from Mt Rushmore . Located near multiple restaurants.

I enjoyed their complimentary breakfast. I would have given 5 stars but the AC was not efficient and the bathroom space is too small.

Nice property, the parking is a little confusing but a lot of spaces here and there. Breakfast was nice.

I like this hotel

The room was fine but the ramp to park on the second floor was incredibly steep. We could walk from the motel to shops and restaurants which was great.

Reception friendly, rooms clean. In the heart of Keystone.

We did not like the setup of this hotel. We felt like we were staying in a cave. We had no windows except looking at the cars on the lower level of the ramp. They would do better by removing the parking ramp and having additional parking somewhere else.so all the rooms on the lower level would not feel like a cave. The room was very tiny and cramped even through it was considered a handicap room. There is no why this room would have been easy to navigate in a wheelchair not enough room around the bed. The bathroom was the same size as the room with out the furniture. I will never stay here again and would not recommend. Check in there were two people behind the counter and only 1 helping people that 1 was busy helping someone so we had to wait to check in. The only enjoyable thing was it was close to all the shops/restaurant.

Acceptable for the cost

Hotel was fine, but room was right beside the elevator on one side and the breakfast room on the other side. Noisy! Noisy!

Centrally located restaurants. Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Room was super tiny with only full sized beds; however it was clean and the staff friendly. We weren’t in it very much so it served it’s purpose.
