I was made to feel so welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The service was excellent throughout my stay. I would certainly like to go back. All the staff were so kind and friendly at all times.

The hotel is very good. The service is great, rooms are good, restaurants are good, fitness club is good for a hotel and the location is good for the activities I wanted to do. Overall a very good hotel to stay

Check-in personnel has no eye contact throughout the check-in process with her eyes glued to the screen, though check in was quick.

Was given an upgrade after we complain that the room was not cold. However it was after a complain that we have made and 2 hrs later after we insist to cancel the room. By the time we shifted it was already 1 am. I am a bit disappointed. I m particular with temperature of the room and this might be wierd with locals who do not sleep with air con on.

Good western standard hotel. Everything is fine for westerners, Noisy KTV opposite & not in city centre/downtown but fair for cost/roomsize/package/cleanliness, Staff pleasant/very attentive & happy to please. Internet speed not the best but quite good for China Hotels. English TV channels. Plenty power sockets for EU/UK Travellers

Good Place to stay, right next to Shangri-La at half the price. Now that subway line 1 is open there is easy access to main parts of the city. The rate also included breakfast for 1. The breakfast was quite good.

Wonderful hotel, at least a 4.5. The breakfast buffet was fantastic ,serving both Chinese and western style foods. I think the best part were the pillow top beds, something very rare to find in China, their regular beds are too firm for my liking! Very close to shopping, even a Walmart, but mostly high end stores. Did find buying wine and spirits cheapest at Walmart .Very cold here in Changchun during the winter so bring warm clothes, hats and gloves, today was minus 22c. My son work's here so I came for Christmas and the place is beautifully decorated. He calls this a small VILLAGE of about 7 million people!!

An excellent hotel located in the city center. Only minites walking distance to the city center. The self-service dinner in the hotel is great. Really enjoyed the stay in Jin An Hotel.

Very nice hotel and the staff was very kind to offer us a special discount coupon to the buffet dinner at their restaurant. I normally don't like buffet as I prefer a delicious high quality exquisite meal specially cooked for me, not a huge pot of food for everyone to take as much as they want. However, the quality of this buffet was very good, if you love seafood, fresh juice, and lots of good selections. The room was very nice and spacious, although it was a little too warm for me and I couldn't seem to get the temperature to cool down.

The room we were booked in did not have functional air conditioning. When we asked to move, we were upgraded to a suite. It still did not have functional AC, but they did what they could for us. It was a little stuffy, but otherwise a great stay. The breakfast is good, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient but not noisy. If you stay when the weather is cool, and can open a window a little, it should be nice. There is one breakfast included in the room charge, which is perfect if you travel alone on business. If there is more than one person, the charge for additional breakfast is 98 RMB. (as of Sept. 2016)

The location is great, room clean, but NOT geared for family. This is a business traveler destination due to the auto industry; there simply isn't much else to choose from. The pool is extremely small - really only a lap pool for two, max. There is only a hot tub in the men's shower room, and not very clean. The breakfast buffet was nice - I'd give it a B. Main problem I saw is room temp. - China is OBSESSED with avoiding cold air. It's as if they'll die should they come in contact with AC. I used a total of six different rooms and couldn't get a single room below 23-24C. Not bad, bad, but not as nice as I like it.

Overall, the Jin An is clean and quiet with reasonably English-speaking helpful staff. Situated as it is in the midst of a busy area and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping centres, it is convenient and safe for guests to wander around. While the breakfast and dinning experience in the hotel outlets was great, there wasn't any decent coffee joint around. The local coffee was bad and no Starbucks!
