A beautiful traditional Swiss hotel, perfectly positioned in Gstaad to explore the town and the surrounding area. Railway station and buses within a stone’s throw. Three great options to eat Chinese, À la carte and Pizza. Swimming pool and spa, a very useful addition to relax and unwind. Breakfast, a very good selection and items cooked to order as well as the usual meats and cheeses with wonderful breads and croissants. Lovely room with balcony and Mountain View.

Very nice Staff & service

Good hotel. Staff unpleasant as a matter of personality -- better suited to be front desk at a bus station. As a past guest we requested room with view; we were given room facing a wall 10' away when the hotel was more than 1/2 empty. Good hotel; very poor desk staff. They need re-training in a different profession.

Restaurant Staff was rude and the management didn’t even care to set things right. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

Excellent hotel in prime location ; spartan room but location makes up for it.

Stayed about 7 days and left to another hotel, because horrible insistent at the spa. The spa got a large nice swimming pool ( that was the only reason we stayed there) however a hotel guard is very aggressive and we left because he run in to the females shower screaming and threatening to me and my young 11y old daughter ( who was on the shower). He knew we were there but decided to come in there to scream and threaten us, because we were a few minutes late the spa closing time. It was really scary experience. Please be very careful there especially if you are a female. The security guard is dangerous and capable for anything.

I loved everything about your beautiful hotel and property. So convenient in every way. Staff, rooms, breakfast, spa and so on were great. Dinner at La Gare was the only disappointment. during out 2 night stay. Food not great and service was lacking. Thank you again for a great stay. We’ll be back!

The Staff was really helpful and welcoming.

Every year I attend the Swiss Open Tennis in Gstaad. The hotel is conveniently located five minutes by foot from the Toy Emerson stadium and directly in front of the main train station. What is also good about the hotel are the different restaurants located both within (4 restaurants) but also many others located around the area. The staff are very friendly and are the same personnel for many years. Always a good sign. If the weather is having a bad day then stay in the hotel and visit their indoor swimming pool. There really is everything you could wish for.

Reception staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast service was awful and the choice was unimpressive. Rooms are old and dated and pillows thin and too soft. Smoke from the outside terrace easily passes into the rooms and makes enjoying the balcony impossible. The cleaning staff were noisy from early hours, banging and crashing making a nice lie in impossible. Overall this is overpriced and overrated.

The hotel was close to the train station. Check in was easy and smooth. We made use of the pool and the pizza place in the hotel and the breakfast was very good

Fantastic staff! Everyone was amazing, friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel beds were extremely comfortable and the spa was very relaxing. Breakfast was also delicious and the soft boiled eggs were the beat I have ever had. Very fresh and if the highest quality. The scrambled eggs were also absolutely delicious as was everything else, breads, jams, cheeses etc. I travel extensively and this hotel rates at the absolute top of my list. Could t have been better!

Superb room, really liked the style. Spa is nice, swimming pool has a good size, and overall for a hotel this type the spa is nice. Several options for food. Right in the center of Gstaad
