Staff welcoming,room clean,buffet breakfast amazing choice.

Nice clean hotel near the castle and downtown. It’s easy to walk from the hotel to the castle, etc. They do not provide hair conditioner, wash clothes, or an use bucket/ ice machine for ice in the room.

This is an excellent hotel. Service from the front desk team was second to none. Room was clean and fresh, lovely reception area with some board games which we made lots of use of as a family and we were able to store our luggage. 100% recommend, a nice 10 minute walk into the centre of Windsor also. Excellent hotel.

I waited several hours before checking in due to my early arrival time. Staff made me feel welcome and made the wait very pleasant and comfortable!!

The sofa bed was in a really bad shape all the springs were hurting my daughters back. This was the only issue I found.

It was me and my son’s first holiday/ trip away together to visit Legoland. The staff were so helpful and accommodating to me and my son. Whether it was booking us a taxi to go to Legoland , giving us an umbrella to borrow heading into town or even getting the room ready quicker when we arrived before check in time. Staff very kind and helpful! Much appreciated!

Excellent rooms, and lovely communal areas. The staff were really friendly and helpful, going well beyond just good customer service. Car park spaces are quite tight and cars were sometimes temporarily blocked in. Good breakfast. Could do with either a second coffee machine or a faster one.

Hotel was very nice, good breakfast selection. Staff was very helpful. Only issue was hot water pressure in the shower was minimal, hardly able to get wet. Lots of cold pressure but when hot almost none. That was annoying!

Check-in was easy; had no issues with room or any amenities. Free breakfast was a bonus.
