The smell of sewer in the toilet is so bad, I feel like I'm suffocating in my sleep, a waste of money.

Condition of the hotel is awful, don't come to this hotel. There are workers that knock on your window in the day

convenient central location, except for the staff named Vu, the rest of the staff were not very enthusiastic. The cleaning was sloppy and dirty, done for show for less than a few minutes, hot water for showering took a long time. The room did not have any basic equipment including a refrigerator.

I stayed for 4 nights and was bossed on the 11th floor. I had to walk one more floor. I was a bit tired. The female receptionist was very good, but Nam was not professional. She did not let a third person come up after 12 o'clock at night. She insisted on keeping my ID, not allowed to take pictures, even though I was there to pick them up, I always seemed annoyed with the guests, the security guard was very kind, 😡 The air conditioning there was very uncomfortable, I woke up with a sore neck and a dry throat and sore nose even though I I set it to 26-27 degrees and searched for the best setting. I had to buy medicine to sniff my nose. I complained to the housekeeping ladies but they probably didn't know so they didn't say anything.

The hotel keeper felt bored

Super bad, the room is shabby, damp and not as described, the bathroom is like a partition, the circuit breaker is right next to the shower so you don't dare to shower. Super bad experience 1/10.

The room is quite clean. Looks like it has just been renovated. Busy center. Close to Family Mart. Enjoyable stay here.

The hotel looks old. I stayed at 11th floor and they down have elevator cause the elevator till 1pth floor.

The bed sheets were very dirty, full of fire ants, as if they had not been changed from previous guests. The floor is dusty and looks like it hasn't been swept. The facilities are quite old. The pillows are uneven, my husband's pillow is lumpy and hard, making it difficult for him to sleep well. My pillow is very low. I informed the staff but they did not change my pillow. My room was number 102 and it was very tight, without any windows or natural light. I won't go back.

The room is suitable for the price, when I first booked I was a bit confused when I saw the reviews, but when I checked in I found it ok with such a soft price on the front of District 1 street, it was too good, the room, the bed sheets were clean, the air conditioner was a bit old, but compared to the price it was too good so I still rated 5**
