Nice hotel, many views for virtual living.

The surroundings are quite deserted and not eating out at the resort, but the staff at the resort do not want to serve Vietnamese guests

First I would like to talk about the good points of this resort: - Very nice view. - The beach has security guards standing to observe, ensuring guests are safe. - The room is very spacious. And the bad points include the following: - Staffs are not friendly. - Room is old and not clean. - The food is very bad, especially breakfast. Ocean view but actually obstructed by trees...bathroom was damaged and not yet repaired...1 malfunctioned television was left in the room when check in...

The resort is very nice, beautiful every corner with confetti, clean, spacious rooms, extremely standard sea view, quiet space.

Only worth 2 Stars. Degraded bedrooms are not the same as advertising images on the web. Dirty bedroom. Embedded wrinkled blankets. Next to the toilet, there is a small garden campus (the glass door looks out) with lots of long leaves that don't look very dirty. In front of the balcony there is a plunge pool, but it can't be used for a long time, and it doesn't look clean for a long time. 3.5-star resort without paper towels (napkin) in the room. The inside of the super high-speed kettle is as dirty as the long time without washing. Restaurant & Bar Pool service is very poor, it seems that staff are not trained in hotel restaurant business. Breakfast buffet is noisy like a market. The sea cannot be bathed (this is a frequent seaside area). There is no private space, private privacy balconies divide the rooms, sitting on the balcony can peep through the balcony of the adjacent rooms, even looking directly into the rooms next door. Very weak shower water. Dinner pool has a lot of stickers around. Mini Mart sells sky-high prices and products that are not listed on the price (note that Mini Mart is not in Resort's restaurant, or Mini Bar in the room) in Mart price of 1 can of Strongbown 55k . In summary very very unhappy.

The scene is beautiful but the room is very unhappy. I have to forget about 1 stainless steel case in the lobby and turn down and ask the receptionist if I can't see it.
