Great all round hotel start to finish

All staff was friendly but unapologetic when we did have issues, refill of cups, toilet paper… overall we had a good experience and the pool was awesome!

Our room was lovely and clean. We enjoyed the rooftop pool every afternoon! The view from there was astounding! Location was convenient to busses and shopping, with beaches a little walk away. The aquarium and a museum were also nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here, and found it was the perfect location to walk or get the metro to anything we wanted to do. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and the rooms were clean and comfy. We would definitely come back.

Perfect for pre/post cruise stay. We were in a family room which was actually 2 apartments served by 1 main door then 2 separate rooms. It was really spacious with a bathroom in each. Air conditioning was good. The area itself isn't great which we read about prior to our stay, but as we were going straight to and from the cruise ship this didn't matter so much. On our post cruise stay we ordered an uber eats for dinner as the kids were a bit wary of the area, however la ramblas is only a few minutes walk away. The rooftop pool and bar was a really nice facility. The pool was cold but on a very hot day quite refreshing. Only complaint here was that people kept walking in on others in the only toilet which served as a changing room as well. There seemed to be an issue with the lock. I waited outside whilst my kids were in to avoid any mishaps but witnessed 2 people get walked in on beforehand! Staff were very helpful getting us taxis and towels to use the pool before our room was ready. There is a shop a couple of doors up to get snacks and drinks, or vending machines in the lobby.

Pool requires a little attention and would be great to have the option of sun lounges. Very little amenities provided in the room.

The hotel staff were the star of the show! They made everything easy and enjoyable. Thanks to Gemma, Jordi, Cristina, Yoel, and Camille for all of their kind acts.

Check-in was smooth, I even arrived early and they accommodated me. They have a place to secure your luggage until your room is ready. Rooms were modern and clean. Rooftop pool was gorgeous! I would definitely stay again!

Just returned home from a long weekend in Barcelona at the beautiful Adante Hotel. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by a gentleman on reception (apologies I can’t remember his name) who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The room was clean, modern and very spacious with a lovely comfortable bed. We didn’t see any of the staff who clean the rooms and change the beds/towels, but a big shout out to them as the room was spotless with clean towels and the bed made throughout our stay. The infinity pool and bar on the roof are amazing. The pool is only small but it’s a city centre and you can’t buy those views. Such a lovely hotel with wonderful staff and amazing pool views. We will return. Thank you.

We loved it here. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel but the roof deck pool was a huge bonus. The staff was very friendly and ready to help and you can’t beat being 2min from the Gothic Quarter.

Staff on site not friendly - found on check in and check out not helpful. No hand soap in both dispensers in hotel room and not stocked when I inquired Hotel is in convenient location was a positive.

The room we were first assigned had a really bad smell. Thankfully, the manager was very nice and quickly moved us to a new, much better room. However, the housekeeping was disappointing. They never cleaned our room during the stay. When we needed fresh towels, they told us we had to come downstairs to the front desk to collect them ourselves. It was an okay stay overall, but room service could be improved.

Moderne. Very clean. Well located: metro, La Rambla, many restaurants around. Beautiful view from the pool!!!

Very clean, nice location, close to metro, spacious room. I would add that we did not have a fridge in the room, maybe on more expensive ones. Very helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel prior to our cruise. It was close to the waterfront and easy to walk around the neighborhood. The rooms were quite spacious. The courtyard and rooftop pool with very enjoyable and relaxing spaces

My daughter has a severe nut allergy and she does well when we travel. However, at Hotel Andante, there was a nut warning on almost everything, including the fresh fruit and orange juice. We asked for clarification on what actually contained nuts and they were not helpful, very disappointing. As well, their website stated they had a laundry facility. Unfortunately, it was not true.

Very clean, attentive staff, friendly
