Es un hotel pequeño y el restaurante lo que tiene muy rico y completo es el desayuno. Las otras comidas q ofrecen no. La cena no tienen casi nada q ofrecer. El cuarto es pequeño pero còmodo.

Presidential suite is more than OK, spacious, clean, 2 full bathrooms and a generous social area which turns to be really useful for higher profile individuals. All in all a good experience, only negative was the lack of room service (Bar) just before their closing hours.

Overall good

Me and my girlfriend were visiting Bogotá for one week. We loved this location given its close to all the attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was lovely though it can get quite busy and the staff, amazing as they were, were a bit behind. The street was very quiet and the 7th floor patio had amazing views of the mountains. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogotá.

Didn’t like the fact that security harassed my girlfriend and I each time we entered the hotel over the 4 day stay. They constantly told us we needed to go to the front desk to “register” I literally had an argument with the security guy who came up to my room, after I told him at the door, that my girlfriend was already a part of my reservation. She’s was literally on the reservation since day 1. He went back down stairs to get the registration form then proceeded to argue with me that it’s not the same girl. What?! Seriously. Clowns

This newish hotel in the best part of Bogota hits all the right notes. Spacious, well-appointed rooms, great shower, comfy bed, excellent breakfast, and great staff who go out of their way to assist and ensure your comfort both inside and outside the hotel.

Modern hotel in à good area of Bogota. Nice comfy room. Hot shower. Lovely manager who looked after us well. The hotel arranged a car to the salt mines for the day. Very good. We walked to park 93 and beyond good neighbourhoods. The only thing breakfast could of been better. The quality of the breads, pastries was very poor. We couldn't eat them ,old dry and low grade. Staff were friendly.

We had a very good stay at Chico 97. The staff for really beyond excellent: attentive, friendly, everything we asked for they went out of their way to to do or get or whatever it might have been. They were just just fantastic. Our room was amazing. We got a "luxury suite", but we're kind of used to hotels listings online being different from what you get when you get there well in this case it was different from where you expected but it was way nicer way way nicer it was like two it was almost like a double room with a really big and beautiful bedroom with a beautiful very very nice bathroom and then a whole other room with a couch or two and another TV and another big very nice bathroom. Our jaw is sort of dropped from we first got there and saw it.

The staff are very friendly and the mate name Yuri are the best mate in the hotel
