Clean comfortable room, quiet. Good breakfast. We were there for Umefolk fest, very convenient.

Really clean common areas, very beautiful breakfast, room was basic but comfortable. Price was lower than Umeå's average. For me the worst thing was there was no elevator and I didn't know that. 😔

No fuss living near city centre. Super clean and modern common facilities with no passive aggressive signs like there usually are in Swedish common areas. Solid, decent breakfast for the price! Would have paid a little extra for hot meals/bacon in the morning and tea/coffee around the clock, otherwise super happy with my stay.

Easy checkout despite that there was no staff there, clean rooms, comfortable beds, lockers in rooms, great wifi, charging station by the beds. Good breakfast, though it would be nice if it could be available until a little longer than 0830. Two blocks away from the main square which is convenient.

I had a nice stay and was there all week! Nice little breakfast and my room was private one. The only downside was it gets a little noisy at night with people opening and closing their doors. But with ear plugs, was fine.

I found out when I got there the staff is only around for 1 hour out of the day. If you need linens call the after hours number. The room was kind of a free for all. Grab whatever blanket or pillow looked unclaimed and make it yours. The bathroom smelled of urine as well. I was not in the mood for dealing with the mess so I payed for a hotel that night. Basically if you need something extremely cheap and don't mind the lack of organization this place will be ok. Personally I'd rather pay a little more and have a better hostel experience like other's I've stayed at in Sweden.

Very nice accommodation. Full size kitchen where you can prepare your own meal. Storage of luggage is possible after check out. Nice breakfast.

Nice hotel near the railway station and busstation. Clean. Easy check in. Very good breakfast.

Excessive noise from cars in the street all night. The hotel's solution was to offer earplugs to their guests. Trust me, you are going to need them. But do not expect to be able to sleep since the noise is beyond any earplug on earth. And no breakfast for us, since the breakfast service didn't open until late in the morning -- and we couldn't wait that long before we had to leave, just as many other guests.

Mycket smidig bokning, jättegod frukost

Prisvärt hostel. Hade rum åt innegård så stördes ej av gatan. God frukost, saknade dock lite frukt. Bra med tillgång till kök. Bonusen var att man fick använda klätterhallen. Super!

Ett utmärkt och prisvärt alternativ när jag åker till Umeå för att besöka familj. Papperskorgen tömdes aldrig under mina 4 nätter.
