Everything was good. Breakfast was not included though. They have continental or full Buffett.

A hotel is very close to the airport and has a shuttle that runs with regularity. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The huge bummer for us is that the air conditioning in our room did not work. This cost us an extra 40 minutes of trying to figure it out which drastically cut into the four hours of sleep we were hoping to get. They ended up bringing in room fans for us. The manager was a very apologetic and willing to give us a significant discount on our room. However, because we booked through a third-party, it is much more difficult.

The location is convenient and close to the airport. The restaurant and staff have aways been great. I will stay there again.

It is very convenient to SJO with Walmart next door and restaurants right across the parking lot.

Easy and pretty good hotel. Expected a bit more from the rooms being Marriott.

Conveniently located near the airport. The staff are very helpful. The shuttle service made getting to/from the hotel very easy.

We had a short stay but a great time. Walmart was walking distance which allowed us to get the snacks we needed to started our journey in CR! Highly recommended

We were over billed by hundreds of dollars. I had booked 2 rooms thru Hotels.com. When I arrived they told me I didn't have a second booking. I had said it was under Ervin. The receptionist said she could not find it so we paid for another room only to find out the booking was there and we were charged for a no show. Hotels .com has asked for a refund but I have heard nothing. Please issue the refund and ask your receptionists to take greater care in their searches. Thank you. Ann Schoenthaler- Ervin

Stayed one night before we had to catch our early am flight. Was comfortable and had restaurants across the parking lot and also restaurant in main lobby.

we had to spend 1 night before early flight back to NYC, was perfectly located, shuttle worked like a clock, stuff is amazing, retaurant works long hours so you can eat even late at night, food is very good, perfect location, easy parking. totally stress free , positive experience
