Stayed for one night for a business travel. I planned a relaxing night swim to relax the stress away that is why I chose the hotel upon seeing the pictures. They have a guard at the parking area, but never left his place to assist. Upon reaching the reception, the attendant was quick enough to give my room card but I have to ask where my room is. No initiative to give instant direction. Also, no one offered to assist me carry my bags. The room is pretty decent and very spacious. Nice bed, lazy boy, dining table and a kitchen area. The aircon was a down. It took a while to cool the room. And even at its max settings, the temperature never got any cooler. But the very downside of this hotel is their internet connection. I called to ask for a remedy and they said that internet connection in the room cannot be guaranteed. They told me to stay at the common area instead, which, upon checking is already populated by youngsters in their phones and tablets doing their stuffs. I also observed that of all the hotels I stayed in in Angeles, Prism Hotel fell victim to the noise being brought by the low flying airplanes passing by. I don't know if that has to do with the location or if it's the sound proofing of their units, but the thing is, the airplane noise never was this noticeable to me compared to all hotels I stayed in in the area. I had a good night sleep anyway (dozed off trying to work with the slow connection they have). Fixed my things and decided to leave early. The free breakfast served was also a letdown. I got cold hearted sunny side up. And again, no offer of help from our friends in the hotel for my bags when I was leaving. Not suitable for business trips
