Excellent location y staff

last night before they closed for the season. substantially reduced choice at breakfast menu for dining in the evening very poor, and more like a cafeteria not approprate for a 4 star hotel.rather disappointing

Verry good hotel verry good service ......

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is well located to be able to walk out to local bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is definitely worth selecting the slightly higher rate to include breakfast as this was a good selection of food and very convenient timings. We parked in the hotel car park for 13 euros/night which seemed reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel! The only thing to remember is your earplugs - any talk from the inside area is easily getting thru the doors. Otherwise - perfect!

Hotel is located within a 5 minute walk from the ski cable car lift. Breakfast was good with both hot & cold options. An egg counter with chief cooking fresh omelettes to order. Excellent spa with sauna, steam room, cold room & swimming pool/jacuzzi. Note there is a charge per person for the duration of your stay. Room was quite large & very clean, although quite hot for my liking. Wifi was intermittent & quite slow.

We chose this hotel in Canillo as appeared to have good ratings & it was not far from the cable car. Canillo is a relatively small village with half a dozen or so restaurants to choose from for the evenings - a little quieter than Soldeu for sure. The hotel was good as expected - the staff were friendly & appeared to work quite hard - especially the waiting staff for the buffet in mornings & evenings. The breakfast was not bad - enough of everything to choose from. The rooms were decent size & the wifi worked well - a big plus for us as need to work whilst away. The only slight niggle for us were the pillows - long & flat & just not comfortable. Otherwise a pleasant enough stay for our 4 day snowboarding break.

Personal muy amable en recepción, como en el restaurante y bar. Nos han hecho una estancia muy agradable. Gracias a Judith por sus excelentes masajes, son lo mejor después de haber esquiado o patinado sobre hielo.

Bona relació qualitat preu. Spa petit, però com que el fan pagar no esta ple. La neteja es excelent i la qualitat del servei i l’esmorzar també.

Hôtel très bien situé surtout pour l'accès au télécabine. Chambre assez ancienne très sombre, éclairage insuffisant. Salle d'eau en état moyen (poignée cassée, douche peu fonctionnelle,...). Personnel serviable et accueillant. Pdj bon mais choix assez limité et pas de renouvellement.

Trevlig o hjälpsam personal, fint spa som borde ingå i priset (7 euro per dag) , borde dock finnas kallvatten att dricka o duschar borde kunna temperaturregleras , hyfsad frukost inte mer. För liten tv. Annars bekvämt o bra.

Super hôtel seul bémol deux lits simple alors que un lit double demandé a la réservation mais hôtel complet car jour de l’an donc on fait avec mais bon souvenir malgré ce petit désagrément

Todo bien ,menos el cuarto baño cuando te duchas le falta a la mampara un poco más grande , si no aparece agua por todo el lavabo
