Yes; everything was perfect. Room temp. could be easily adjusted, request for a microwave was fulfilled. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful in assisting me on my computer.

This hotel was very comfortable, clean and had friendly staff.. I enjoyed the pool in the hot tub, and the restaurant was decent for breakfast.. Parking was easy and there’s a lot of restaurants nearby

Nice place if you’re looking for a clean, safe place to sleep. Restaurant closed early and there was no place to eat within walking distance. This was the first hotel I stayed where I asked for a toothbrush and they didn’t have one. Good for the price but very minimalistic. The guy at the front desk was on his phone when talking to me. The staff at the restaurant was super nice.

We arrived Wednesday night and check out Sunday and they never cleaned our room once; the spa temperature wasn’t hot at all. Other then that the stay was fine

Je comprends que l'hotel recoit les clients et quil ne selectionne pas leur clientèle, par contre ils peuvent avertir ceux ci de situations non-tolerable. Ce qu'ils n'ont pas fait. Nous avons du appeler deux fois a la reception pour que ces derniers agissent.

Rooms were clean but are dated. Staff was great. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Only issue was that we happened to be there at same time as a number of hockey teams. So lots of noise, running up and down the halls and banging of doors. Management was good at shutting it down at a reasonable time.

I received a cold welcome from a young woman who didn't respect my request; on the contrary, she went against it. However, this was quickly rectified by another receptionist, a young man, who provided excellent customer service. The pool was heated, clean, and quiet. The room was comfortable. The Wi-Fi needs improvement.

Staff unflexible to check me in before 4pm “I can’t remember if any hotel every refused that to me in 12 years of traveling for work”. Hair dryer wasn’t working.
