Room is nice although cleaners should do a better job in their daily duties. Beach club is nice and food there is more than adequate. Swimming pool at the hotel is great with good f&b facilities. Staff in general are nice, polite and helpful. Checking out is a bit tiresome and the girls do not seem to know what to do.

It's a nice hotel. When reached hotel with welcome drink and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel provide shuttle van to city area and with golf car transport us to the beach. Important, it is super close to Cicada Market😁

The air conditioner is not cold, the bathroom is not clean. Towels have stains

Single bed booking Get a terrible bed, put a double bed together The more the fabric is not smooth The more the bed marks are seen, the more obvious traces of the bed. There are 2 blankets for the double bed in the room. The smell is too old & amenity. The room was not soundproofed. Breakfast is also very selective. But the bread is good
