The room quality is a bit old and dirty, but its size is quite big. For the breakfast is sucks.

The room is spacious .. nice .. clean .. convenient transportation .. close to the BTS, next to many shopping malls, quiet, not busy but with direct flammability that cannot be used at all May not be convenient for Thais and foreigners to work through online media (Breakfast didn't try Because waking up)

Wide room, available atmosphere Next to the entertainment center And sky train stations Close to many department stores ... very suitable for the price. Breakfast ... didn't get to eat ... because I got up late ... but the only thing that could be improved was that Wi-Fi couldn't connect. If people who want to work using the internet will be difficult in this regard.

I booked this place as it sounded Retreat and Spa with a Swimming pool - just to relax! But the day I checked in, the spa area is being totally renovated, it was so noisy with all the work and the equipment there. I felt total lack of courtesy - no information to the guests checking in during that time. The staff said that they don’t want to lose business (fair enough)! Couldn’t use swimming pool as the work was going constantly with the dirt falling in there. The WiFi was pretty weak - almost nothing in level 3, as they wait for new internet subscription. The staff was friendly and trying to help but can’t address my dissatisfaction. I wanted to speak to the owner, but couldn’t reach her at the end. Although not their fault, the location somehow is a bit inconvenient. A good 20min walk to Thong Lo train station. But perfect for someone who wants to stay a bit away from buzz. The rooms are quite big and cozy though. Beds and Mattresses can certainly be better for such a big group. Had an issue in the toilet and the crew responded swiftly. It feels pleasant if no repair work going on. Little details like fixing stains, door handles, wall hangers etc.. are evidently missing.
