The small town of Neustift was amazing and our accommodations were incredible! Nice apartment with spectacular views. The hotel staff was the friendliest we have ever encountered. The apartments are not located in the main building, so the walk to the spa/pool was about 300m. It was a wonderful stay and we look forward to the next one. Only a five minute walk to the ski lift.

Very comfortable, family friendly hotel. We were a group of eleven on a four day break to celebrate my husband 70th birthday and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly including arranging transfers to and from the airport. Great central location near to town centre and restaurants. Would recommend highly.

Great hotel for a relaxing time in Alps. We arrived late and the late arrival was perfectly organized. Staff is friendly and supportive. Great team: Hurra! Hotel room was spacious with comfortable beds. The shower was great; just the shower cabin is a bit cramped while the bathroom itself is more then big enough to put a larger cabin then the current 50 by 50. Would absolutely recommend this place. And hope to stay there one day again.

The hotel is located centrally, it is very clean the rooms are beautiful and staff is excellent.

It is a lovely hotel, in a lovely town. The service was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was great, and the cuisine at dinner was excellent. However...the room was very warm, and since it was -10C outside, you couldn't really keep the window open. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were those feather pillows that your head just sinks into so it's like there's no pillow at all (had to wrap a towel around it to keep it together....that fixed it.) No top sheet, just a heavy quilt, so since the room was so hot, had to take the quilt out of the duvet cover and use the cover as a top sheet. The bathroom was very large, and the shower was tiny. And we had an unsatisfactory solution to a misunderstanding about children in the room and ensuing charges because of that. In general, a nice hotel....with some caveats.

Breakfast and Dinner were great, proper 3-courses dinner (at least) with Tuesday happens to be the GALA dinner which got 6 or 7 dishes. Room spacious, just do not pick apartment rooms because it is in another building which is 1 min drive away with little or no staff, and far away from the main building where you eat. We changed to the main building and everything is great. Staff very helpful and friendly

Outstanding hotel with spa facilities. Fabulous meals and exceptional service. Professional staff. Friendly and family atmosphere. The Stubai Super Card included in our package allowed free access to all cable cars and swimming pool which was of great value. Free parking and fast WiFi.

We have had a lovely stay, place is few minutes walk from the cable car that takes u up to the top of the Mountain and also very near village / town centre with all the amenities, e.g Billa, bank, restaurants, information centre, all very very near. We have booked this hotel for a weekend just to see what it was like and it was absolutely lovely. They offered us a welcome drink of sparkling white wine, promptly gave us a whole folder with leaflets + all the information about the area and everything was just so efficient. Rooms were lovely, maybe the decor needs a little updating, but very comfortable, quality bedding, clean bathroom and lovely balcony to admire the view of the snowy mountains around. Now their spa/wellness area is something extraordinary, we were really pleasantly surprised, there were saunas, steam rooms, swimming pool, really nice ambiance with candles lit everywhere and hot/cold drink facilities with selection of herbal and fruit teas, huge bowl with fresh apples, really nice after a long day skiing or just walking. Also dinner was amazing experience, -it was like a Michelin restaurant - 5 course dinner. We booked this hotel for 2 days, but there was an unfortunate thing of the system double booking.They informed us about this before we got there and sorted a hotel 5 min up the road for us, Daniel the owner was very friendly and took us there himself the next morning.Thank you, we would recommend this place just for the wellness itself!

The stay at Hotel Stubeirhof was exceptionally good. The staff were really good and welcoming. Staff helpful in every way they could. Room was like an apartment but away from the main hotel building. So for every meal we had to go all the way back to the main building which was around 300 mtrs away. Spa, Sauna and swimming pool not suitable for families. while booking it showed that hotel had a kids pool, however there was no kids pool available.

A great place to stay - handy from Innsbruck airport, and then on to the slopes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. And it was v good value too. Highly recommended.

Great accommodation, very friendly and efficient staff in a central location

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, und der Wellnessbereich machte einen guten Eindruck. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers etwas zu wünschen übrig, mit Haaren auf der Bettwäsche und den Fliesen. Das Essen am Freitag war sehr gut, jedoch enttäuschte das Buffet am Samstag. Trotz der Werbung, dass auf vegetarische Wünsche eingegangen wird, gab es nur eine vegetarische Option ( Schlutzkrapfen mit Spinat und eine Kindertomatensauce), während über fünf hochwertige Fleischgerichte mit zahlreichen Saucen angeboten wurden. Auf meine Nachfrage am Morgen des Samstaga nach einer weiteren vegetarischen Alternative (gebackener Käse oder ähnliches) wurde leider nichts unternommen, was für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel und der angeblichen Beachtung verschiedener Diäten, wie es auf der Website beworben wird, enttäuschend war. Wir haben das Hotel eigentlich deshalb gebucht, Das Menü kostet für Hotelgäste 60€ - für Vegetarier am Samstagsbuffet definitiv unverhältnismäßig

Wir hatten ein sehr erholsames Kurzwochenende in einem sehr schönen Hotel mit wunderbaren Essen und hervorragendem Wellnessbereich. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Piacevole soggiorno con tutti i comfort. Struttura ben posizionata a pochi passi da tutto. Vicino e presente anche un supermercato , possibilità di ricarica fino a 4 mezzi. Zona spa molto bella , ben strutturata e con tutti i comfort. Se vogliamo proprio trovare un suggerimento ma puro pare “personale” che non incide sull’ottimo soggiorno, cuscini non adatti alle mie personali abitudini e possibilità di usufruire dei servizi spa magari già a partire dalle ore 12. Ma ribadisco nel complesso abbiamo passato 4 giorni coccolati da questa struttura.
