The breakfast was actually really good. They were still delivering to the room, which I actually quite enjoyed. My room wasn’t the best layout. Kinda cramped and the small TV was hilarious. But everything else was quite good. I even appreciated the little stool in the bathroom. I slept well. It may be in need a remodel, but for the price I paid, I was quite happy.

We stayed for one night as we were flying early and the hotel was quiet, but within 10 mins drive of the airport. Clean and ample free parking. Breakfast was continental and delivered to the room due to Covid but was fine. Overall a solid place to stay.

About 15 mins from Bergamo airport. Lots of parking. Very grand and roomy.

We booked the suite, having driven from Lake Garda this hotel was ideal, close to the airport, room was ideal, spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed. We had one issue re pricing, however it was all dealt with very professionally and took minutes to sort out. we checked in late and as the food had stopped being served, the hotel helped us with a take away.

Hotel was convenient located if you drive- looked fairly new and was very comfortable There are no airport shuttles run by hotel In general nice hotel and friendly staff I had booked rooms for two but it ended being one big bed I managed to get one room with two beds

my wife had her versace purse stolen and all they could say was i'm sorry but our cleaning staff has been with us for 10 years and they would never do that. I would recommend not to bring any valuables and don't go during warm days because they won't put AC on for you either. Hotels.com was kind enough to give a $250.00 certificate though.

Very elegant, very clean and very comfortable hotel! Love the bathroom and the bed! Spotlessly clean and spacious bathroom! The location was very quiet and there is a Aldi supermarket in a few minutes walk. The area is residential and is really safe, quiet and beautiful. The shuttle service needs to be arranged in advance and is perfect with the Italian driver. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel as we did not make an advance arrangement. The taxi driver was not so honest and went a longer route. It cost us 22.50 euro which is a waste. Do arrange with the hotel as they have an excellent rate and good route.

The hotel is remote and there isn't good connectivity. The AC didn't work in our room so it was quite uncomfortable especially considering that we had booked the place for a nap before our early morning flight. Overall hotel was clean and service was good
